Very central to view the sights of Rome. Parking a problem, none secure within easy walking distance, used one rcommended by hotel that collected and delivered the car at 40 euros a night. |

The location. The receptionist did his best to be nice but was limited by the facilities available to him. This is not a four star hotel as you would expect one to be.It didn't even have a bar and it does not serve meals. There were no staff apart from the receptionist (except for a couple of kitchen staff maintaining the breakfast buffett). The hotel's decor is drab and old and very basic in terms of comfort. The carpet in the room was dirty. There was no tea/coffee facilities in the room. The bed was metal but reasonably comfortable. We asked for body lotion, extra shampoo etc., it was promised, but was never delivered.Quite a number of the rooms are facing onto a wall a few feet away (where there's some kind of boiler / fan expelling fumes) and so the windows cannot be opened or the blinds or shutters opened. Double rooms v. small. |

The location was fabulous The rooms were very small. My husband and I had trouble sleeping as the bed was very small. It was raining during out stay and the hallways leeked water and we could hear the dripping all night. |

I most liked its location, everything was in walking distance. I think it could use a renovation. |

Great location for visiting all the key sights in the city on foot. Staff were also helpful. Room was a bit noisy. |

The location was the best part of the hotel. The bar next door was friendly and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. The rooftop terace was great. I did not like how we were requested to leave the key at the front desk when we would leave for the day. There was no ID policy in place so anyone could walk in from the street and say my room number and be given my key. Also the hotel should update itself to the 21st century and go with a carded key system, and requiring you to lock the door from the inside with a key is not only a major fire safety issues but is not safe and a neusance. |

The staff was all very helpful. The breakfast was fairly good, no complaints there. The location is what makes this hotel a great choice to stay in Rome. The bathroom was nice but the fixtures were a little old and in poor condition. The wireless is much less than desired, not available in the rooms and no option to pay with a creditcard online. But I guess why spend too much time on the internet when you are in Rome? |

A good central place from which you can walk to many exciting places, and also central position for the use of busses, and very close to the Navona place, if you like the place, we do now, not at the start. |

The breakfast was very basic. For a 4 star you should at least serve a warm breakfast. Our room was on the road side and so was very noisy. A few minor maintenance problems, ie shower doors didnt close and so leaked everywhere, the door was about to come off its hinges. |

The hotel is in an excellent location just 1/2 block from Piazza Nuvona. It is very comfortable and the rate included a very adequate breakfast. The staff were very accomodating. The beds could be a little bit more comfortable and the room could be spruced up a bit. |
