The rooms were clean and well sized. The breakfast was large and tasty. The staff were helpful. The breakfast butler was a little rude and very picky about where chairs were placed. Even if there was no room to sit, he still insisted you not move a chair. |

the location and the roof terrace were very good, also only one of the reception staff applied himself. we make a point of 4 star accomodation during our travels, we did not consider this hotel to be a 4 star hotel unfortunatly. |

Very central location. Hotel staff were very helpful in providing information about local attractions etc. The breakfast was very poor, but considering the value offered on room rates by the hotel this was not a big problem. |

Excellent location - quite near to Piazza Navona with great restaurants and nice view, near to Vatican, Trevi Fountain and other attractive locations. 2 of 3 receptionists were very helpful and professional. Classic quality of breakfast (no much choise, but you won't be hungry). We asked for as quite room as possible - we obtained it (with a view to the wall of neighbouring house). Very noisy (thin walls, out of soundproof at all, maids are noisy early in the morning and during the day). No bath - only shower area (not efficient and noisy). The main problem - in 2 days of 3 there was no hot water during the day (only in the evening). The heating is central and works only in the evening - so sometimes is was quite cold. |
