The breakfast was very basic. For a 4 star you should at least serve a warm breakfast. Our room was on the road side and so was very noisy. A few minor maintenance problems, ie shower doors didnt close and so leaked everywhere, the door was about to come off its hinges. |

The hotel is in an excellent location just 1/2 block from Piazza Nuvona. It is very comfortable and the rate included a very adequate breakfast. The staff were very accomodating. The beds could be a little bit more comfortable and the room could be spruced up a bit. |

the location was excellent with buses stopping outside the hotel. The roof terrace was lovely with seating and superb views across to St Peter's Basilica This hotel should be 3*+ but not 4*. The reception staff were arrogant, uncommunicative and gave the air of not wanting to be there!! There was not greeting, a mere glance and then the paperwork. Most comments were received with a bored shrug. Whilst breakfast was good the dining room was dismal. A long narrow room with pillars which made uncomfortable seating. One's chair was constantly being knocked by people going to and from the buffet table. Reservations about recommending this hotel. |

The hotel is in an excellent position for exploring Rome, 50 yards from Piazza Navona. The rooms are small but clean, breakfast was adequate. Staff were very helpful. |

The roof terrace gave extraordinary views over Rome and is an ideal place to have a drink and relax. There was an offensive smell emanating from the bathroom. The breakfast dining room is small and chaotic and the food was not of high quality. |

The room was accommodating. The bed is not comfortable at all. We were very disappointed with your bed. It is a cheap bed . Not made well , thin with no box spring and extremely small. I did not have one good nights' sleep. A terrible bed and no hot water. Very unusual for a hotel. I will never come back to your hotel. I have nothing good to say. |

The location of the hotel is perfect...walking distance to most of the major sites in Rome. Several bus stops were directly outside. The rooftop garden is lovely. The room was very quiet. We did not find out about the rooftop garden until our last night! There was a photo of it at the reception desk, but no one told us that it was available for guests. |

Location was fantastic. So close to Piazza Navona and so many sweet little neighborhoods. The roof deck was the best feature of all, though. Seriously, to sit up there, watch the sun set over St. Peter's Basilica had to be one of the best things I've seen. We spent every evening up there, with a bottle of wine and it was fantastic! The staff was unpleasant. Offered absolutely no help/advice or personality. The front desk guy actually got annoyed when we paid for 3 Euros of internet time with a 10 Euro bill. The breakfast wasn't so great. Sweaty pieces of cheese and ham...but there was a large assortment so it was tolerable. HOWEVER....coffee from a machine? Yuck. To get a cappuccino, you pressed the cappuccino button. Totally not good coffee. But still, that wasn't such a big deal and I would totally stay there again. |

The staff were wonderful. Alitalia lost my luggage and the hotel staff were very helpful and spent a long time on the phone with Alitalia. I'm not certain I would have received my luggage so quickly had it not been for them. Also, nice room, great location. Computer problems in using Wi-Fi with a Mac. |

I really liked the position of the hotel - close to many historic sights in Rome and near to the shops ans Piazza Navona. The single bedrooms were tiny - smaller than any single room that I have ever stayed in before in all of Europe and with no view at all whatsover and no little balcony. |

The roof terrace. The air-con, when it worked. The air-conditioning was unreliable. The guest lounge was not always air-conditioned. The wi-fi did not extend throughout the hotel. There was a smell in the lift. The room was small. |
