103 no lu odada kalmayın ! Banyosu çok kötü : Duş yapmak mümkün değil. Su aniden çok soğuk veya kaynar şekilde akabiliyor. Durumu bildirmemize ramen çözemediler. Ayrıca banyoda kalorifer yoktu. Ama arkadaşlarımızın kaldığı diğer odada böyle sorunlar yoktu.

The location is excellnt, barely 100 yards to the north end of Piazza Navona. In spite of the busy area and constant traffic, our rooms were quiet---the only sound we heard were sea gulls one morning. The front desk staff was superb; they were exceptionally and unfailingly helpful, cooperative, and pleasant. They arranged transfer to the airport, made a restaurant reservation, and patiently answered any questions we had. I will be visitng Rome again in October and will be staying in Hotel Genio again. I have no reservations (no pun intended) about staying here again.

TV on in room beside mine, very high loud volume at three o´clock in the night för all three nights, and from six o´clock in the morning. Not good sound isolation between the rooms.

My husband and I had a great time at Hotel Genio. We chose it for its outstanding location and its roof terrace, where breakfast is served. Both were as terrific as we anticipated. Walked to everything. Rooftop terrace was breathtaking and breakfast was substantial and delicious. I had read that shower faucet was tricky -- either too hot or too cold, but this was a minor annoyance and manageable. Our room was very comfortable. We came prepared for night noise as we'd read that might be a problem. We had our "traveling sound machine" -- a nature sound recording and slept like logs. To get perfection in Rome probably requires a really big cash layout, and this hotel met our needs at a price we could pay. Staff was polite, helpful, and the lady who served us breakfast was delightful and kind. Overall, the hotel had a certain je ne sais quoi that made us feel we were in Rome!

A few maintenance issues should be attended to in the bathroom. As already mentioned, the shower faucet is difficult to adjust to an appropriate warm temperature. Also, the drain seems clogged -- very slow to drain, complicated by the long shower curtain that tends to cover the drain. These should be easy to remedy and the hotel should be encouraged to do so. The beds -- like all the beds were encountered in Italy -- are very firm. But these mattresses seemed to have springs that we occasionally felt. New mattresses needed. Otherwise, terrific place to stay in Rome.

The Hotel is very good located and this is its the only positive point.

The room was super small. The breakfast was fair and not that good as a 4 star Hotel. Rooms were very cold and only in particular period they start the heaters. Even on the last night, it was off during night and only started about morning. The bathroom was very cold and we might have caught cold.

The location is excellent, the breakfast and the view are also exquisite. The staff was very helpful.

The electricity plugs are insufficient and a bit old. It can be a bit noisy, if your room faces the main street.

The staff were very helpful, we stayed at the hotel in the middle of the first snow "storm" in over 20 years in Rome and they really tried to help us out with practical issues, and also - without us even asking for it - didn't charge us for one of the rooms when one person in the group got stuck at the airport and couldn't get there on the first night.

location is great since it is in the hearth of the city. All places of cultural importance are within easy reach.

No bar or caffee in the hotel. The breakfast room at the top of the hotel is small and very crowded in the morning with not many food variations for breakfast . Noise from the street is enormeous. Furniture in rooms is outdated.

The Location was good, as was the views from the roof terrace. Plenty of towels and soaps shower gels. There is a left luggage room, (no very secure) though. Plenty of retaurants in the area nice little coffee shop next door run by a Podge and Rodge type couple of old fellas.. Good bus services. Mini bar not overly expensive for hotels.

It was very noisy from the outside traffic / people, it was also very noisey from the inside, we could hear conversations from other rooms while in your own room and while walking past doors, the next door room could be heard in the toilet and shower. The chamber maid just walked in without checking if we were there. We requested a nice room with a balcony or view, got neither. There is free wifi but very slow, enough to check flights etc. a lot of black damp spots in the bathroom very hard to get shower temperature right too hot / too cold. There is a left luggage room, (unsecure) Do not hire a car, nowhere to park. A/c there but not working, room hot even without radiators on.

Met all expectations. A warm, safe and comfortable haven for frequent forrays into the centro storico. We would recommend it to our friends and will stay there again when next in Roma.

Ideal location for all sites of Rome. Excellent staff on the desk. Very helpful.
