Fantastic accommodation, easy walk from train station. Kettle in room gives it full points for us. Easy access to city center. Lovely Breakfast. My credit card was charged at time of booking. Unlike the other hotels we stayed in in Switzerland and Italy. |

The location of the hotel with it's own parking space within walking distance of the city centre is very good. Rooms are okay. You can clearly hear the toilet of the upper floor flushing in your room |

I found the hotel was a great location to the train station. I had a discounted room as I was a solo traveller and booked last minute so I can't really comment with respect to value for money. The breakfast spread was fantastic!! the room was very clean and had every amenity I have come to expect from a hotel. The only problem I had with the hotel was that I called for a wake up call which I did not receive the next morning. Luckily I was awoke on time, by chance. |

Proximity to train station and centre of Verona. Staff were a little unfriendly and not the most helpful. |

Location was my main reason for selecting this hotel. Although it was relatively close to the railway station compared to others, many other hotels were at the similar block so the location of this hotel may not be the critical advantage. There was a miscommunication during the booking procedure. Room was too small and seemingly not clean. Air conditioning was noisy. Poor breakfast |

The hotel location was within walking distance of the opera and the underground car park was very good. Our bedroom was very clean and was a reasonable size. Hotel seemed to be poorly organised - the quality of the breakfast was poor compared with other hotels we stayed at in Italy. The layout of food was very odd (eg with toast and bread on one side of the room and butter, jams and scrambled eggs on the other, milk nowhere near the tea making facilities) guest were continually walking between tables to go from one side of the room to the other. The air conditioning in the bedroom didn't maintain a comfortable temperature for us. |

the rooms were clean, the breakfast was pretty good the keys to the rooms are very uncomfortable, i had problems with opening the door a couple of times in 2 days and after they changed something with it 2 times, i couldnt open the safety box... the servise was poor, the waiter didnt want to give us coffee and we had to wait for 20 minutes to get it. the beds are very uncomfy and they dont have any blankets, i was freezing. |

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is situated within easy walking distance of both the city centre and the railway/bus station. This is a very quiet and restful hotel. The breakfasts are excellent and the provision of a light evening meal on opera nights is a bonus. |

Its closeness from the train station and yet not far from the town centre makes this an ideal hotel with very good facilities. |

Quiet, spacious, well appointed accommodation. Kettle in room was unusual for European hotels, Reception staff helpful, if lacking a little local knowledge - Google was their saviour! Handy supermarket 2 minutes away and town centre just 25 minutes walk. |
