Good Hotel, close to all main attractions

Generally high standards, and excellent location

Soundproofing quite poor, and shower lukewarm on one occasion.

Really nice location ... 10 min walking from the Arena and the shopping streets ... Good internet speed (charged per hour).

Expensive parking space (eur 15,00 per day) - and reception staff with bad attitude - probably because I was looking like a backpacker (but paying eur 150,00 / day). But the location worth - nice spot !

The hotel was very close to the Train Station and Metro, literally 250m. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a real spread catering for all cultures.

The shower was extremely small. The bedroom we were given was next to the lift which proved to be very noisy at night with visitors coming and going.

Everything. Helpful Staff. Lovely clean hotel. Close to train station & city centre. Would highly recommend.

Probably if there were any mini or small supermarket nearby would be a great selection.

Hotel Gilberti was perfect for our visit in Verona. Short walk to the railway station, to the Arena and to all the other places of interest. It was nice to have a good breakfast in the fine garden. The staff was very helpful. We will recommend the hotel . Randi and Eivind Thune, Norway.

This is a modern, well-designed hotel. I loved the energy-saving touches, e.g., all lights on motion sensors in the guest areas. Location near the Piazza Bra is excellent. The superior double room was spacious and well-laid out. Very friendly staff.

Parking in the underground garage is difficult. Spaces are small and hard to navigate. We scraped the right rear fender on our leased vehicle trying to negotiate one of the spaces.

Friendly efficient reception staff together with the high standard of room and breakfast ensured an enjoyable visit to Verona. The air conditioned room being a comfortable retreat from the heat of the day in July.

We were surprised that the en-suite bathroom appeared to lack extraction or air conditioning ??

My wife and I found the hotel to be excellent in every way. Staff excellent; room very comfortable; breakfast superb and location very good. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.
