Not bad situated - only 15 minutes walk before main historical places. Really Perfect internet, amazing if to compare with another hotels. Hotel at the second floor of the building. Food for breakfast is not various. The main disappointing moment is that hotel is situated about 400m to north that it stated at the map!!! |

The staff at the hotel were warm, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Could not have asked for nicer people to deal with. I never heard the word 'no'. The room itself was spacious and gorgeous with 12 foot high, plastered ceilings and beautiful, though otherwise simple decor. The location was fine: less than a 10 minute walk to the museums, markets and Duomo, on the street that leads directly there. |

The service was absolutely exceptional. The owners and staff were welcoming and supportive. They assisted with reservations, enquiries, and gave us a ride to the train. Breakfast was also very good. We were a bit concerned about tripping en route to the bathroom at night because there was a set of steps down and then up to get to the bathroom. The bathroom had an unusual odor, but it was clean. The rating for service and facilities should be separated. The facilities were good. Service was excellent. |

Owner, Marcos, spoke very good English, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Room was clean, breakfast very good, hotel very well located for sightseeing and shopping. Marcos recommended Tito's Restaurant around the corner -- one of those places you probably wouldn't have gone to unless someone said to -- Excellent! Everything was exactly what we wanted for the price, location and experience. |

The hotel was very comfortable and the service was very friendly. The rooms were extremely clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent for range and quality. Unexpected offer of free transfer to railway station at departure was nice touch, though we did not make use of it. |

Excellent hotel would highly recommend it. Staff were exceptionally helpful & friendly which helped us to get the most out of our visit to Florence &they booked trips for us; nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean, had good air con & was a reasonable size. The breakfast was exceptional with a good variety and as much as you could eat; & a good choice of coffee or choclate.! the bus stop was just out side of the hotel and most things were within easy walking distance. We were even taken to the station at the end of our visit by the hotel steff. There are stairs to climb to the first floor of this hotel but there is a small lift for the disabled and transporing cases which could be better labelled. |

A fantastic hotel. Fabulous staff who provided a personal service, recognising all of their guests, and always willing to help them. The family room was very big and comfortable. Free use of hotel DVD's (incl childrens selection) and use of hotel pc welcomed, whilst complimentary bottle of water upon arrival in 30 degree heat a godsend. Free lift to train station from owners was a bonus. Good location, and highly recommended. |

First of all I liked the location. It's central enough to get to all the sights by foot but it's not immediately within the biggest crowds which is a relief. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The hotel is not very visible from outside. I drove by at first. The elevator is tiny and old and starts a few steps up from the entrance level which is inconvenient with heavy luggage. |

This hotel was wonderful and charming. Our room was large, bathroom updated, and the entire hotel was immaculate. Breakfast was great and the hotel was in a terrific location. We walked to all the sites. Most outstanding was the hospitality and helpfulness of the staff at this family run hotel. We have traveled extensively and would highly recommend this hotel. |
