Very polite and friendly staff and good food. Location of hotel is very good as an exit point for excursions to Tuscany. Morning noise from treatment of urban services around the hotel. |

The location was superb. Breakfast good. Coffee lovely. The room we had looked out onto a brick wall and was very dark, needed lights on during the day. The hotel was not very welcoming and we did not feel we were very welcome. At the time we were the only British people in the hotel and although I speak some Italian I did not get much response. Rooms not soundproof and you could here toilets flushing all night. |

Front staff very helpful and smiling. Breakfast very nice and service staff pleasant and quick. Convenient and reasonably priced for location. I didnt get chance to have dinner but i guess it will be nice. Would recommend this hotel |

I stayed here with several members of my family for a family wedding, after booking and then reading the reviews I have to say I was rather worried ...however i was pleasantly surprised , the hotel was very clean ,and comfortable and the price we paid made it all the better. The breakfast was slightly simple and most of the staff didn't speak English but we were in Italy!!! |

Presenza di un parcheggio gratuito essattamente di fronte all'albergo. Posizione centrale dell'albergo e raggiungibilità dall'autostrada. Scarsa pulizia (c'era un asciugamano pieno di peli appeso sotto il lavandino!!!). Il frigobar messo dentro l'armadio non è proprio un'idea geniale: l'armadio fa da amplificatore alla ventola e la notte fa molto fracasso, disturbando il sonno. |

uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Ideaal gelegen voor bv. uitstappen naar Firenze, Pisa en/of Lucca. Zelfs voor een daguitstap naar de Tireense zee. Een aanrader ! |

Kényelmes, tiszta szoba, jól felszerelt fürdőszoba. Jó megközelíthetőség vonattal és autóval is. Segítőkész személyzet. A reggeli bőséges mennyiségű, bővített kontinentális. Igazi kávé, kapucsínó is jár mellé. Ingyenes, zárt parkolási lehetőség. |

Geräumiges großes 4 Bettzimmer mit Klimaanlage. Wir haben hier für einen kurzen Aufenthalt mit zwei kleinen Kindern genau das richtige gefunden. Für Spätanreisende, ab 21:00 Uhr gibt es im Hotel keine Verpflegung mehr. |

Het ontbijtbuffet was dik in orde ! Veel keuze : vers fruit, verschillende soorten broodjes, yoghurt, fruitsap, allerlei beleg : vlees, kaas, confituur, nutellachocopasta, ... ! Onze zoon van 13 keek er naar uit om te gaan ontbijten !! De 4-persoonskamer toch te klein ! Amper plaats om tussen de bedden te passeren om het raam te openen of om de frigo te openen ! |

L'hôtel est bien situé en ville et à proximité de la gare permettant de rayonner sur Florence par exemple. Personnel accueillant et sympathique, notre chambre un peu "défraichie" mais très acceptable. Globalement, prestations très acceptable pour le prix (bon rapport qualité-prix pour la chambre avec petit déjeuné). L'insonorisation me parait être un peu juste car certains bruits provenant de chambres mitoyennes semblaient venir de notre salle de bain mais cela reste à confirmer car nous avions la "chance" d'être essentiellement dans l'hôtel avec des personnes d'age bien avancé. |
