Central location is good. Reliable staff. Modest setup. The website indicated a nearby carpark of EUR 10 per day. Actual rate was EUR 15 per day. |

Interesting decorating, appreciated for a budget hotel, which usually have very little decorating attempt. Hot water reliably ran out quite quickly. Also, it requires going up 2 flights of stairs (which are actually more like 4 in height) and there is no elevators, something to be aware of for carrying your luggage. |

Location - good, hotel itself -wonderfull!!!! (Lovely stylish new rooms), staff extremely nice, polite and helpful (borrow stuff to us, gave advice on trips, had small present upon our arrival), the neighbourhood dirty&dangerous, but in my opinion just like all Naples. Lovely cheap market nearby. The 2nd floor was a bit of a workout, but feasible even with the suitcases. |

English speaking staff. They held my bag from the time I checked out of the room until I left to catch my flight. |

The room was very clean and newly refurbished, very close to the main train station. The area surrounding the hotel was not the best - however this is to be expected being around the train station area and was not an issue for an overnight stop only |

Location is very convinient for trasportation to the airport, Pompei, Amalfi, Underground system,, etc, as it is very near the Naples main transport hub Piazza Garibaldi. Rooms are spartan but clean. Hot water was readily available and the bathrooms always free. Long stairs to climb without elevator in a typical Naples old building. Rude and unkind management. Lightbulbs in the room wree so weak that I could not read, Towels provided were so much used that they had holes. They did not change my sheets in 5 nights. They wanted me to pay cash, in order to save taxes I guess, but reluctantly accepted my credit card. Prostitutes work in the area. |

Conveniently located close to the main railway station Because hotel, rooms and reception are on the second floor without the lift. It could be a problem for old people to walk up. |

Room was very clean and within short safe walking distance from train station. No lift but staff are more then happy to carry your luggage when you arrive and ring the bell to enter. |

Being close to the main railway station and other forms of transportation was the key for us. There are more than 60 stairs to reach the hotel which is not specified in their web site information. Lack of an elevator for at least the luggage. No breakfast available. |

The central location from the station was great. The all-hours accessibility and the staff willingness to store our bags for the day.The room was clean and having a balcony was a treat. The use of plastic sheet covers on the mattress. We are adults and don't require this. If there is concern about matress protection there are other quilt type products which could replace the out-dated plastic/rubber sheeting which is unacceptable in a hot climate. |
