Location, comfort of the bed, very helpful staff
Second floor without an elevator, was challenging to reach with heavy luggage. Old and dirty towels in the room - better not providing any as those ones made everything in the hotel look dirty and untouchable
The only positive part about the hotel is the location, which is close to napoli centrale and garibaldi metro station
The worst experience in Naples, hotel staff could only say in english "it is impossible" and " I dont know". I had problems with wifi in my room, the bathroom was not clean and the room was sometimes not enough heated.
Security was great and wifi was fast, the clerk could speak 7 languages which was very helpful and was also well educated about the city
Not the cleanest far away from center of the city and we almost got locked out after being told someone would be at the desk all night
Clean rooms, linen, good wifi
No lift to the third floor. A little bit smoky rooms and bed linen.
it's clean personal is helpful
it's near the garibaldi central station but the station is the worst part of the city. at night you can't walk around safely.
The room decoration was really cool and different. The staff were pleasent and there was access to free wifi.
Wifi sometimes dropped now and then. But not really an issue.
Excellent location - less than 2 minutes walk to metro/train and right next to a supermarket The rooms are themed
The staff did not say much to us, we were never greeted with any words at all when we'd ask for our key -- we weren't told about the breakfast, wifi or that you need to leave the key with reception each time you leave. The staff were cold towards us, we felt.
Location, trash in the streets. Bums. Dirty area.
The cafe machine was broken.. :(
We arrived late night so we decided to stay a night very close to station as we didn't want to catch taxi. It is only few mins walk which is convenient if you arrive and go by train. Room is quite spacious. Reception is 24 hour
If you like to explore city area, this hotel is at some distance and you need to take metro. Metro in naples is quite long waiting time (mostly we waited more than 10-15mins), and only operate until 11pm
Near central station. Your own shower. Good price.
Was a bit too noisy. The area doesn't feel safe at night (nor any other area in central Napoli).
Nice staff and location was very close to the station. It was cheap considering I had a decent room, I have stayed in much worse for more money. I had a balcony as well.
Lots of stairs, not the best part of town and quite noisy. A bit odd but it has a bidet in the room.
Quite dirty as more or less usual for not expensive hotels in Naples. Shower is quite disappointing. Parking is not near the hotel, but in the partners comany Garage Centrale two blocks away. In this Garage you have to leave your car WITH THE KEYS!!!
Great location. It is just 3 blocks from Napoli Centrale. For us was excelent because we stayed there for three nights and we need to stay very well connected. Great room.very confortable. And great host.
The room was nice, and the wifi connection was excellent. I asked for a quiet room and did not have any problem with noise.
The location, while very close to the station, is not nice. I stayed here to be close to the station but in hindsight it would have been preferable to stay a little further away (in the historical centre for example) and take one of the many awaiting taxis directly from the station for only few Euros. The walk through this particular neighbourhood to the nicer part of town is very unsettling, especially as a solo female traveller. I wouldn't stay in this location unless there is a particular reason to do so.
Girlfriend groped by night manager
The price. The fact that it's 2 min walk from the central train station. I won't write about things I didn't like because you get what you pay for. We payed 34 euro for night. For a couple. It's perfect for a budget traveler.
The room was clean
The room location was right in the lobby. The front desk was open 24 hours, we could hear the lobby TV, bell, phone, guests coming in, way too loud.
I really liked the decor in the bedrooms, the cleanliness of the entire hotel and the fact that we had wifi in our room at no extra charge! We felt quite comfortable there. I also liked the location being close to the train station, though the overall area of Naples that the hotel is in was ugly, dirty and full of shady people.
I didn't like that the hotel did not have an elevator, at least for our heavy luggage, as we were exhausted when we got there and did not enjoy carrying the luggage up to the third floor, where the hotel is.
Big room, nice view from window.
sink and bidet in room
Staff was polite and informative, polite, hotel was located close to Napoli centrale, just a minute walk, easy to find, i will definately come back
Excellent location, about 3 minutes from the train station and easy to find. The room was themed and the glowing stars on the ceiling were fun. Staff were friendly and helpful, they even let us use their personal computer to print off our boarding passes.
I just didn't like Naples. This hotel was great, but I wouldn't go again because I hated Naples. Staff didn't speak much English. Smelled pretty strongly of cigarettes. Drain in shower couldn't keep up with intensity of shower head so I had to turn the shower of every other minute to let the water drain.
Hotel is really cheap, near train station. Staff was helpful and kind.
Rooms are a bit uncomfortable. Unfortunately our room was located directly next to the front desk. There were a lot of noise and lack of privacy. Neighborhood is not great. You really want to stay in historic center.
City Centre, cheap, helpful English speaking staff
