离火车站非常近，服务很好。

地点很好，离火车站很近，但是周边治安很乱

整體設施整潔，酒店人員態度親切。

酒店位置不太容易找到。 由於處於2樓，沒有電梯，要將隨身的大件行李行上2樓，會較吃力。

有无线网络。环境类似国内的宾馆。

比较难找。住宿的灯光比较昏暗。

离火车站非常近，步行2分钟就到了。

房间很小，床非常小，应该是4尺的床，虽然是双人间但是这床估计只能一个人睡，两个人翻身都困难。 没有电梯在2楼（等于中国3楼）我们行李很重都是自己搬的。 服务也一般，什么都没有，就是帮你管管钥匙和开门。那不勒斯应该治安较差，门都是关着的，要他们帮忙开。

Quiet location near the railway station and very close to shuttle bus stop to the airport.

The third bed in our room was a kind of strange sofa not suitable for sleeping. Our daughter had to sleep with us in a double bed.

Very good hotel. Recomended. A+++

The hotel is only walking distance to the bus and train station. I took a train to go see the famous site of Pompeii

It had a good/bad location. The location was also in a not so safe area. Meaning that there are many pickpocketers. So, watch your valuables and put your wallet in front of your pant pocket.

The location and the fact that they didn't charge for a late check- in were positive points.

The staff was very rude and unplesant; the matress was very uncomfortable and there was no breakfast which, considering the price wasn't very positive.

very nice room with beautiful paintings on the wall. warm colors everywhere makes you comfortable just as at home.

Very convenient location- just round the corner form the train station. Theres lots of cars around- but thats all over Naples. Also a very good price for a fairly good room

The staff seemed to either be talking, watching TV loudly or doing anything to make noise right outside our room late at night, and very early morning. A staff guy also came into our room once at about 10pm, and tried again at midnight- i have no idea why.

I have to climb stairs to the 2nd or 3rd floor with my goods,no lift.

The location was perfect, two blocks from the train station. There is an excellent Chinese restaurant and a grocery store within a block.

It is usually necessary to climb two flights of stairs (although sometimes one can get access to an elevator in an adjoining building). The door is locked at 8 pm and the manager does not always hear the bell. There is no breakfast, just a vending machine. The room, which was small, was furnished with adirondak-style furniture, making it seem even smaller.

Don't be afraid the hotel is close to the railway station as streets look dirty and not safe everywhere in Naples but when you so close to station you don't have to walk far with suitcases on arrival, a big plus especially when arrive in the evening. Clean room, good (clean and not old) bed. Air condition.

Don't expect the staff speak good English, but it's normal for Italy.The staff won't look polite and smile all time. But just don't pay attention. In fact it's easy to understand each other. For example we asked to leave luggage in the hotel for 4 hours after check out and didn't have any problem with that.

Clean enough, close to rail way station.

No elevator and the hotel is at the 2nd floor (the 3d floor for the russians!) no even glass for water !! when I asked for it a man at reception couldnt understand what I needed but when I paid he was ok with his english.

Nice place in a typical Napolitan building.... A short walk from Central Station and not far from main landmarks (National Museum, Il Domo, Old Downtown) Friendly staff.

Next to the station, in a neighbourhood we really liked, so full of life! The people of the hotel were nice and helpful. We had booked for 2 nights and stayed in a room with a balcony and shared bathroom, which was always very clean, and then we liked Naples so much we decided to stay another night. For the same price they got us another room with a private bathroom, so that was very cool. The rooms are very big.

There was lots of noise from the street, but I guess that's normal, being a 1st floor.

Excellent hotel very near central train station , every room individual decor , we had a most beautiful room , the price was a give away for room of this type , one of the best value hotels I have stayed in .
