The space in the room is good~~ bed is clean and comfortable; (Room for 3 people)

The breakfast is too simple... not so tasty...

This was a last minute booking and we needed 3 rooms. We were very happy with everything, particularly the location and you could walk to all of the major sights in Florence. It was also very quiet and in a very safe area. The front desk was particularly helpful and friendly.

The hotel staff were wonderful, and the location was central to all the Florence sites. We really enjoyed our visit.

The street the hotel is located at is noisy when windows are open, but when closed all is fine, for conditioning system works well.

I loved Hotel Gioia and would definitely stay there again! The hotel staff was fabulous! They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect for visiting sites and shopping! Lastly, the rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Convenient location, not far from Michelangelo's David and the Duomo. Also, just before we went to our rooms last Saturday night, Roberto, the night receptionist, informed us that the clocks would be changing to Daylight time and that we would therefore lose one hour overnight. If he had not said this, we would have missed our train to Venice the next morning. All of the staff was friendly and the breakfast, while I would've maybe liked some eggs, was OK.

Unfortunately we had a mosquito buzzing around in our room, rather unusual, I would think, for late March. The bathroom was small even by European standards, with no hooks or racks for towels. Finally, the furniture in the reception area needed cleaning - foul odor.

La posizione è davvero delle migliori sia in relazione alla Stazione di S.Maria Novella, sia (anzi soprattutto) per I vari punti di maggior interesse, tutti compresi nel raggio di non più di 1,5 Km (20 minuti di piacevole cammino). Lo staff è stato davvero molto gentile e disponibile in ogni occasione. La connessione Wi-Fi gratuita per tutta la durata del soggiorno.

Dire che non mi è piaciuto qualcosa significherebbe esagerare la realtà. Siamo stati bene all'Hotel Gioia. Quelli che seguono, quindi, sono solo piccoli nei di un soggiorno comunque soddisfacente... Le camere sono abbastanza ampie e pulite, ma molto spartane. Non aspettatevi fronzoli. Anche in bagno non manca il necessario, ma non c'è nulla di più del necessario. La colazione idem: non manca il necessario, che è anche abbondante, ma non aspettatevi cose da gourmet. L'hotel è in una residenza antica, quindi non aspettatevi un hotel moderno o di stile, è un po' come dormire a casa di un vecchio amico. Le scale strette e ripide e l'ascensore per massimo 3 persone sono una conseguenza dell'architettura del palazzo.

A localização é excelente, não poderia ser melhor, perto de tudo.

O hotel é bem simples, o quarto tem um tamanho razoável, no entanto o banheiro muito pequeno. O café da manhã era muito fraco, não tinha quase nada, apenas café, croissant, geléia, suco, e nada mais !!! Os funcionários não foram muito amáveis, com excessão do senhor que ficava na recepção durante o dia que era bem atencioso. Embora tenha feito essas observações, creio que ficaria novamente no mesmo Hotel.

La posizione dell'hotel ( al centro di Firenze, abbiamo fatto tutto a piedi) e la pulizia della camera (nonostante fossimo in 2, poi, ci hanno riservato una quadrupla), la colazione non era continentale ma nel complesso buona.

La nostra camera affacciava sulla strada, un po' caotica, ma con la finestra chiusa abbiamo dormito tranquillamente; il bagno era piccolo ma per 2 giorni il problema non si pone
