Location, friendly staff, clean, value for money.
No negative points.
Very convenient location
Adequate breakfast. WiFi worked on the third floor, room 802, even though the promise was only for the common area.
Entryway wall were dirty and heavily scuffed by luggage. Not a good first impression, but it improved from there.
Staff was helpful and english speaking. Brekfast good, bread, jogurt, juce, cereals and a very good coffee :) Room was clean, cleaned every day so overall good place to stay at if you are not looking for hotel with big fancy lobby with staff in uniforms.

Staff is kindness
Wi-Fi is so bad and disconnected in my room.
Moldy in bathroom and around windows, old furniture, dirty old carpet, loud air conditioner, terrible flat pillows, overpriced.
Friendly, courteous staff who are not afraid to smile and make you feel welcome from the outset. Comfortable spacious room. Simple but adequate breakfast. The location was brilliant, minutes from Santa Maria Novella station, il Duomo, San Lorenzo market, Mercato Centrale and other star sights. I Could not ask for a better location. This was my third stay and I would happily stay there again! Well done Francesco, your staff are a credit to you!
came with breakfast, although basic its a nice addition. Friendly staff and simple but good accommodation. I would stay here again.
