Hotel Giotto Flavia  

The location is great, you can walk to the central station and other main sights... it's about 15 min to central station. Some nice local restaurants around the hotel, which are the best alternative to eating in the center (expensive and crappy food).

The room smelled weird, like if someone did not open the windows for some time. Bathroom not very clean.

The room was very dirty with stains on the sheets. One window couldn't close properly. The breakfast was poor.

No internet even though it clearly says the hotel has wifi.

A central location & great value for money, plus the room was newly renovated with all the features you'd expect from a hotel room.

If anything, it would be that the room was in another building near the actual hotel but it didn't dampen the experience at all.

Location not far from metro station , safe area

Room I booked was nice in internet in reality poor.I would not give 3 stars to this hotel .Bathroom is old and needs refeshment .Litle noisy at night I recomend to use ear stoppers . Breakfest so,so .

The staff most especially Jacob are friendly. Very helpful in terms of places to go etc. The cleaner can be trusted with your valuables.

The breakfast is a so-so (the same everyday with poor selection). No internet facilities in the hotel. The elevator takes ages and can only take maximum 3 people. The room is really a struggling 2 star. Stayed for 7 days and the sheets were not changed. There were few things missing in the room that was in other rooms. Its cooler when windows open than with their airconditioning. The walls were dirty and cables everywhere. I wish I've spent a bit extra for a better room.

the location of the hotel was perfect

the staff were not very friendly at all and it was very noisy,there was construction work on the floor above us which started in the morning and lasted into the night..we were not informed of this at the time of booking.

Buona posizione, alla sera è tranquillo, nella via ci sono molti ristorantini carini, di notte si dorme tranquillamente senza rumori .

Cassaforte in camera non utilizzabile e non sistemata neanche dopo richiesto . Colazione con brioche confezionate .

nous avons aimé l'accueil le soir de notre arrivée , les renseignements donnés par la personne de l'accueil , la situation de l'hôtel à proximité immédiate de bus( directe Vatican , Gare Termini .)Le quartier a de nombreux petits restaurants à prix correct .

hotel a 2 stelle molto confortevole e pulito; la pulizia della stanza e il cambio degli asciugamani vengono effettuati tutti i giorni; all'arrivo in reception c'era un signore molto gentile: gli ho chiesto un'indicazione per Campo de fiori, e non sapendo di preciso dove fosse, ha chiamato un amico per farselo dire e mi ha anche indicato il bus da prendere..davvero molto gentile! la posizione dell'hotel è ottima, poco distante dalla stazione Termini e vicinissimo alle fermate degli autobus (anche notturni). La colazione è quella di un bed&breakfast (non c'è un servizio bar, ma un distributore di caffè, cappuccino, acqua calda), ma ben fornita. All'ingresso c'è un distributore di bevande e snack dolci e salati disponibile 24h/24.

il giorno e la sera prima della partenza, alla reception c'era un signore che senza darci spiegazioni si è rifiutato di farci pagare (il mattino dopo abbiamo scoperto che non era capace ad effettuare il pagamento...infatti ha chiamato un altro...ma avrebbe potuto dircelo!) e comunque non sembrava molto "professionale" poichè fumava all'interno dell'hotel...dettagli che non hanno influito sul giudizio dell'hotel e sulla vacanza in generale.
