Giotto Flavia - Sallustio

Hyvällä paikalla keskustan kyljessä jossa kaupungin parhaat pikkuliikkeet. Harvinaisen kotelias henkilökunta vastaanotossa, toisin kuin monissa muissa hotelleissa joissa roomalaisille normaali tyly käyttäytyminen.

Huoneet melko meluisia. Mahdotonta nukkua aamulla seitämän jälkeen.

situated in a still street, 10ms walk to Termini, staff is really helpful, speak English well, good price/quality relation, breakfast is good, you can have as much as you want, also cheese and salamies, not only Italian sweets:-), however variety is poor, but for 3-4 days´ stay is OK, bathroom is nice&clean

rooms are small, bed is covered by a shabby, much used blanket, it may have been clean but we did not use it, first night it was cold, from next days on, as there is a thermostat in the room, was OK, we had hot water after 20-30 minutes having the tap released

Staff were friendly, beds were comfy, hotel was in a very good location (we walked everywhere), room was basic but had everything you needed.

Room was quite dark (little natural light) but not a problem really. Hot water was only available in the mornings so you owuld have to have a cold shower if you wanted one in the evenings after a long day wandering around Rome! Tv opnly had a few channels and most were fuzzy but again, that didn't really matter as we weren't there to watch tv!

Close to villa Borghese, friendly staff.

Rather far from metro, aircondition cannot be regulated, so we opened the window (it was hot) and it was rather noisy at night. Probably we were unlucky, but our room had extremely dirty walls.

In the very center of the city, but near quiet street, with aircondition, TV, safe for money/passport, good connection with termini and republica metro station (ca 10 minutes walking)

WiFi internet only near reception, not available in rooms (as personel said, something was broken during renovation and was not repaired). One night air condition was not working. Only one english TV program (CNN) but well - we didn't go to Rome to watch TV :-) Garbage container on the street were emptied every night at 1am for 5-10 minutes - that was very noisy, but that was only problem with noise.

We are Indian family of four with a child. When in need, the service provided by the staff was awesome. Break-fast provided was good enough for the entire family. Close by the Termini station and bus stopping. Very calm location.

We went during the peak of the summer. Air-conditioner was not working for the 3 out of 4 nights we stayed. This made our stay quite miserable. The Elevator was pretty old and there is often no lighting inside it! But for these, everything else was good.

Very good location (good access to public transport) and price

The hotel was in a good location for many of the attractions.

Location

Hotel is average comfort and value. The maid service and room cleaning was above expectation. Well taken care of.

Parking is a challenge

Kedvesek, segítőkészek voltak a recepción, a szállás közel volt minden látnivalóhoz, bőséges reggelit adtak.

Estuvimos una semana en el hotel y nos resultómuy cómoda la habitación.

La bañera tenía un poco de pérdida de agua y cada vez que te bañabas quedaba un poco mojado.

La ubicación, no está en el centro, pero muy cerca de la estación Termini, las habitaciones están bien, el baño nuevo, para los precios que hay en Roma el hotel está bien, en definitiva en roma el hotel és solo para dormir y ducharte.Relación calidad-precio bien.

La habitación muy cerca del comedor de desayunos y se escuchaba todo a partir de las 7 de la mañana y los desayunos un poco más de variedad.
