Very good breakfast at room
The location is perfect, we didn't have to use transportation at all, we walked to all sights. The staff is really friendly and helpfull and they served us really nice breakfast :)
Due to construction work on facade, we could barely open our windows and we didn't have much daylight in our room, but in a way, it was ok, since we spent all day outside.
good restaurants in the neighbourhood close to Termini central station not too noisy near great gelato place around the corner (Romana) cleaned every day free wifi friendly and helpful staff
breakfast was only able to eat in room (I think due to renovations) small shower
beautiful!! nice place!!!
Localisation is very good, stuff is very nice.
At first evening and nex day there was no hot water. In the third day tehe was no WiFi. When I went to reception and I said about I heard about water that it should be all right next day, and about connectin that everything should be all right. Unfortunatelly it wasn't. Also e-mail conntact befor coming wasn't easy. Mayby becouse of lavel of english of receptionist. And also in my room was huge fungus on the ceiling. My room (from road side) was terribly noisy at night. In general I think that it is possible to find something better in this price
Location is great. Walking distance to most major sites. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived before check in and they held our bags and let us use the bathroom to freshen up before the room was ready. Breakfast was incredible, and the coffee was delicious. They bring it to your room anytime from 8-10am. The room was very clean and comfortable. They over heard it was our honeymoon, and left rose petals on our bed on the last night. Very sweet staff.
The wi-fi was sometimes hard to connect to. The shower is very small, but most are in Rome.
Very friendly and helpfull staff Situated at 12 min of walk from termini station Nice and lively street Clean rooms
Wifi wasn t working well at all Small rooms
Everything. The staff was great, very helpful and friendly. It's close to the metro (line A Repubblica and line B Castro Pretorio), and to the Termini Station. It is well located with a lot of restaurants near by and with an excellent gelateria (Romana) a few meters. It was a great stay and I hope to come back.
The TV doesn't work. But with what the city have to offer, when we get to the hotel, we don't need the TV.
Perfect location, easy access, large clean room, friendly and really helpful stuff, breakfast served in the room, new bath towels every day. And all this at a very attractive price.
Nothing in particular. There were some minor issues: temporary problems with the internet connection, drainage in the lavatory isn't working properly.
Stayed 3 days in this amazing hotel we had a really nice romantic room, with ac working without problems, lcd tv also had 900 channels showing champions league as you cannot find a bar showing football in rome. The hotel is 10 min walk from termini which is really close to move almost everywhere and you can reach all attractions on foot like we did. As we arrived at reception we met the most friendly person I ever met in my life and thats Elena. She was so helpfull as its our first time at rome she pointed us the best attractions we can visit and gave us info how to transport by bus and metro to all rome! She also brought us hot tea for free at 9 pm as I wasnt feeling well, felt like my home in this hotel no doubt I am revisiting this place and I recomment it to everyone! Tip for moving with bus take 62 number ;) Cheap hotel with everything and wifi was working really good uploading our pictures from our fantastic day at rome!
+ location close to Termini & metro + good selection of buses on via September + quietish location except for Saturday night + staff were really helpful & friendly + room had a safe + mattress was a bit hard (typical) but still got a good night's sleep
- room was dark and a bit dingy, needs more light. - hotel building covered in scaffolding & green netting adds to gloom. Work supposed to complete in Dec 14 but nothing appears to be happening. - breakfast was not great, but staff tried to give us things we might like - bed was 2 mattresses joined, so if you try to cuddle your partner, you fall into the "chastity gap" lol - no kettle in room, hot water only from tap - hot water was iffy, and came in waves - shower small but ok - dinky bathroom - cleaners tend to move your stuff around
The rooms are were very clean. the hotel is very nice but keep in mind that, the reception and the rooms are in different places.
it was said the hotel is in the city center but it is not in the touristic center accually it is not close anywehere or any metro station. you need to walk a lot. the pillows were very uncomfortable. the guy in the reception did not know anything. city tax you need to pay in cash but they do not warn you before check in.
Excellent staff. They treat you like family. They stayed up waiting for us to get home at night it was so nice!!!!! They bring you breakfast in bed and we literally felt like royalty when we stayed there. I would highly recommend it to anyone! Great location and our room was huge!!! My cousin and I traveled for a month around Europe and of all the hotels we stayed at this was by far the best. This hotel made our stay in Rome such a lovely experience. - Emily Perkins
Location (20 min on foot from center), very basic, but very clean and well kept room, good, solid bed, everyone was very nice and polite, best pizza place a few steps away
breakfast (just sweet stuff),but excellent coffee
Location near Termini and city center. Pleasant personal, very kind and smiling people.
Very small bathroom, problems with plugs and lights (dark room). But for this price ok... :)
Hotel's location is good, 10 mins away from Termini Station by walking. The staff was friendly and helpful.
We faced only one problem while staying. and that was the hot water for once but the problem solved quickly.
Very friendly staff, who went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. Staff ensure we got breakfast without traipsing 150 metres to some bar.
Had some issues with electrical sockets. Soon remedied by staff. Breakfast was believed to have been served in hotel, but found out it was a bar =/- 150 metres down the road somewhere.
Breakfasts at the caffe piave which is also a very nice place with great staff.
A bit concerned at first that room was in a different location round the corner and breakfast was a cafe down the road. But was very happy with everything once we settled in.
The staff where fantastic, very helpful & even remembered our trip was to celebrate my daughters birthday. Nothing was too much trouble!
Double bed & single bed in room, but double was two singles together with a metal bar in the middle, so a little uncomfortable!
Very good location to sightseeing and railway Termini by walking. Good price for money. Good breakfast service at the bar.
Great price for a spacious room. Staff impeccably cleans and organizes the room while you are away.
Distant from important Rome sights. Sparse and rather tough looking neighborhood. Slow internet.
helpfull staf, great location
scaffolding on the building of the hotel, so we could not open the window
-The staff was embarrassingly kind: the receptionist wanted to carry my super heavy luggage down 2 stories when she saw the elevator not coming - Salami, cheese, ham and butter options for breakfast. It might sound silly but in Italy it's amazing - Walking distance from the main Termini station from local bus stop or even from the center if you are in good fitness
-The front of the building was scaffolded. Although, we got a room facing the other street (+)
The location and that's about it .
First of all I booked a double and got presented with a twin...beds were awefull. tiny single beds with mattresses that old they basically concaved ! woke up every day with a broken back! There was no hot water for the all 4 days I've stayed there and in january is really not funny to shower with cold water!
