It is close to the train station. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Ive been here four times and I intend to return in the future. The noise from the street can be distracting.

Good for that price. Room was on the fifth floor and there is no elevator, but it's not a big problem unless you have a lot of luggage.

Good location, characterful building and friendly, efficient staff. There were only limited options for evacuation in the event of a fire. And this is an old building. I assume that Italian requirements are less demanding than those I am used to in the uk.

The location is excellent and the relation of price/ quality is good. The Hotel Giubileo is a great place to stay when visit Rome city because it's close to train termini, bus, good restaurants, supermarket and others stuff that we need to have a nice trip. The cleaning service and breakfast could be better.

very friendly and helpful staff, room was not smelly, not far from the city center, close to beautiful church Santa Maria Maggiore, cafes, ice cream shop and restaurant (coca cola 0.5l is 7 e, pasta (carbonara spaghetti not good) is 13 e, sweets are mostly around 8 e) next to the hotel room was not that clean (spider web in room, broken small moldy shower cabin), no elevator so that could be problem for someone, bad quarter (fortunately taxi driver told us to be very careful. You may not notice that because of those restaurants and church, but at night could be dangerous- we heard horrifying scream of the women who was robbed right across of our hotel around 10 pm)

They are extremely nice and go out of their way to help you with your needs. The location is perfect and we walked Roma everywhere on the map. Never took the bus or the metro. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Roma for a second time. The breakfast in a european breakfast so don't expect french toast, eggs, pancakes. But it is enough to keep you going for a long while

Very friendly and helpful staff. They answered all our questions giving very specific information and guidance! Very close to the central train/bus station. The most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in! It caused me a problem with my back!! Although the location was good, at night it is a bit dangerous to wander around.

Breakfast was pretty small and consisted only of bread and cold meats. The neighbors in the rooms upstairs are permanent residents and get easily offended by very little noise.

Great location, big room Ants in our 1st room's bathroom - changed the room right away. Shower head had a hole in it and water was jetting to the wall and pouring to the floor. When asked to print a 3 page file on the computer, the guy on reception agreed to, but when 20 minutes later we came with the file on a usb stick there was already another guy who rejected printing inventing stupid excuses.

very nice personel. Charming hotel in an old house Rummen är väldigt olika bra. Rum mot gatan får in mycket ljud. Vissa rum som ligger tystare får inte in det trådlösa bredbandet.

Just the location Other than the man who checked us in — he was friendly and very interested in making sure we felt comfortable — the staff was rather poor. In the usa, they would not have jobs if they acted like this. It was like we were bothering them. Teenagers were yelling in the halls far into the night, and nothing was done to correct this!

“It is a very quaint looking hotel and was in the exact location we wanted. We found it very easily and it was centrally located for all the sights of Rome. I wanted an authentic looking Italian hotel in a cobbled alley and that is exactly what we got. All the staff were lovely and helpful and the chauffeur service from the hotel to the airport was a lovely touch.” Joanne, Woodford Green, Essex |
