The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were willing to answer my tourist questions and help with any of my concerns. We stayed in the annex which was too far away from the main entrance and required a climb up four flights of stairs. For this reason, I wouldn't recommend the hotel. Also, the breakfast was not of a great quality. |

This hotel is close to the train station and buses. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful The front of the hotel is under renovations. The rooms are old and need a bit of work. The shower door we had the first night fell to bits and the shower was mouldy. The room was noisy. The room we had the second night was better but the shower was still mouldy. The breakfast is very basic and the rolls dry and tough. |

The staff was so much great! The room was clean and well-furnitured. Just an empty bottle of wine disappeared from our bathroom which we wanted to take home as a memory. |

Good location next to the subway station, Termini and walking distance from hystorical center. Rather comfortable room. Value for this money. Free internet point. 24 hours open reception. We were given 5th floor, without lift. |

The hotel is situated very close to the city center, close to the subway station and the railway station (Termini), and to the supermarket Room and bathroom was ok, everything was clean. The main improvement what the hotel should do is to make the breakfast more varied (add cheese, ham, fruit, yoghurt (that what we had in some other 2 stars hotels in Italy)). The hotel doesn't have its own parking. It was very hard to find a parking space when we arrived in the evening, even on closest to the hotel streets, and the parking on the streets is 1 euro per hour (from 8 A.M. till 7 P.M.). The hotel doesn't have an elevator. So if you have too much luggage, try to book a room on the first or second floor. It was very smoky in the room (we requested for non-smoking room, but the hotel was fully booked and we had to stay in this room). There is construction of the front of the building going on (was very noisy in the morning). |

Near the train station. Despite the minor irritations, it was pretty much as expected and was a reasonable price for the high season. Rooms were comfortable and clean (minor marking on walls). Building works blocked the view/light in our room (scaffolding outside the window). Air-con worked but was difficult to control and very noisy - display on remote was broken as well. Breakfast is very basic, even for continental - only one type of cereal (corn flakes), no yoghurt, no fruit, only processed cheese, no meats or boiled eggs. Some minor additions would have made a big difference. |

It is in a good central location. As we were a family of four, we used taxis to get around, and never needed to pay more than 10 Euros to get to any of the main sights in Rome. Airconditioning was a relief on a night. It also had a full sized fridge in bedroom, which was great because you could buy large bottles of pop and water (essential in August), keep them ice cold, and not have to pay mini bar prices ! Breakfast is very basic |

Friendly staff, very good shower, location, value for money in Roman terms, 24 hours open, air-conditioning one of the rooms, space in rooms, good bed (not the extra bed we didn't use), and also the old spaces and corners, somewhat romantic, though not very well fitted to chose for your honeymoon,I suppose. Breakfast time (untill 9), limited tv channels. But no serious things wrong. I knew about reconstruction front (steigers, this time no view on Maria Maggiore) , absence of elevator, and the breakfast wasn't to bad (although a simple slice of bread in stead of only hollow "brotchen" and for example some yoghurt would be nice). |

I liked the fact of the location, it was close to a landmark, the train and bus terminal and lots of restaurants and shopping. Would have liked an elevator, but I had read the reviews and knew what I was getting into. |

The staff spoke good English, was very friendly and the location of the hotel was very good. A few minutes from the Termini and a relatively quick march brought you to the Colosseo. There are also a bunch of good restaurants around the hotel. Was a bit difficult to reach the rooms (through a few doors) and the hotel doesn't have a lift. Shouldn't be a problem for younger people though. Good price! When we arrived we found half a bottle of orange juice in our fridge and the shower wasn't clean. The bathroom was very small. The building got renovated at the time we were there. Breakfast only from 7am to 9am. Bread wasn't fresh, coffee was very bad. |

The location is excellent, near Tremini station. Rooms are clean and the staff is nice, especially Chandra, who gave us a map and information on Rome and was always friendly. Walls and doors are a bit thin, but the hotel is very peaceful and quiet, so we had no trouble sleeping. The breakfast could be better. |

Nothing. Piece of junk. Total waste of my honeymoon time! I cannot imagine how people can recommend the hotel. If you stayed in hostels, then this hotel maybe decent. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone with a sense of taste or personal self-respect. Well, where do I start? There is a construction on the front side of the hotel (no one told us about this when we booked it)... Then, how about a furniture with torn fabric? Add the absense of the internet or coffee machine, a noisy air conditioner and dirty walls and you have the Giubileo! Viola. No, really, the worst hotel I've been to. Oh, yes... I forgot to say something... The room was in another building with no elevator to the fourth floor (good luck with your luggage). |

It is centrally located near the train station in Rome and it was an easy walk to all of the main attractions. The room was up 4 flights of stairs and enclosed behind 3 sets of locked doors. The abundance of locked doors and surveillance cameras made us feel as if we were prisoners in Guantanamo Bay and we also were under the impression that the place may have had safety issues. |

The location was brilliant, very close to termini station, the tube line and a short walk to the coliseum and other places to see. The staff were very friendly and gave us good information on how to get around easily. The 5 flights of stairs up to our room with no lift... though we paid less for this (staying in the annexe) so can't really complain! The breakfast too wasn't brilliant but still nothing really to complain about. |

Very close to Termini Station and even closer to the metro, staff were very accommodating. It should be noted that we stayed in the hotel annexe. That said, our room was on the 4th floor of an elevator-less building. That ended up being a huge inconvenience. The room itself looked worn, walls were marked up, bed comforter was old, and the tv remote did not work. Breakfast was plain. |

Location location location! Only a 5 minute walk to Termini, 10 mins to Colossium, and tour buses right out the door. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel could stand to be updated with newer lighting and fixtures. Just an FYI there is no elevator (lift) so pack light or you could lugging heavy bags up stairs. |

no wireless lan and internet not working which was one of the main reasons for selecting. Also no elevator which if you are on the top floor is very difficult for older or people with a lot of luggage. |
