Location and breakfast
It is very good hotel for those who doesnt have big needs. The location is excellent. For breakfast you get a cup of tea or coffee, sandwiches which you make by yourself, yogurt and crossaint. Wifi was good. This hotel isn't a new one but very clean.
The strenght of wifi sometimes was poor.
good location, walking distance to most of the landmarks, grocery store nearby, friendly and helpful service, nice room, quite rich breakfast
small shower, not always freshly baked pastry
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is plentiful with good espresso, pastry, bread, cheese/meat, cereal and juice. Good location near Termini train station and local metro stop. Colosseum is about a 15-20 minute walk away.
Rooms and hotel are quite dirty. Lots of dust and dirt on walls of bedroom. Beds were not particularly comfortable and we had a difficult time getting heater to work (we visited during winter). Wifi access pretty weak.
Great location. Good value for money in B&B part. Nice breakfast.
Excellent location for access to the colosseum and metro. Clean and had all the basic facilities. Friendly and helpful staff.
No elevator was inconvenient. Poor wifi on the 5th floor.
Very near to the Metro station and cry friendly staff !!
breakfast very poor quality and no variety in breakfast. No Wifi working in the room.
Comfortable bed, good WiFi signal.
We were locked out and locked in the hotel twice, during our stay. Had to wait outside in freezing cold for 15min ringing the bell and banging the door, as there was no one at the reception. The next time we couldn't get out as the was no one at the reception again. When we tried to explain the receptionist that this is a fire hazzard, he just told us to go. Breakfast was very poor and food was gone way before 10am, so when we asked for refill guy has pointed at the clock and eventualy brought some food back.
Clean, nice room. Very good lookout from the terrace to the town. You can have salty and sweety breakfast, great! I recommend it!
5th floor, no elevator (it's not a problem for me but probably for someone).
Reception staff is nice and helpful.
No lift. Mix foreigner people (India,Chinese, Philippines, etc) nearby the hotel, makes me uncomfortable walking at night.
Great breakfast a location, personal very kind and helfull
No lift..it was quite uncomfortable
The hotel has good location within walking distance to major sights (Colosseum, Forum, etc). Parking was easily available in the street right in front of the hotel for only 7 Euros a day (Sundays for free). The bed in the room was comfortable and towels were changed every day. Internet connection was sustainable with good speed (compared to other Italian hotels).
Shower in the bathroom was rather bad: cabin was very small, shower head was blocked with lime, water temperature was all time changing. Poor breakfast.
The staff were very friendly and super helpful. Great size room with good aircon.
The convenient location near to the main railway station- a 5 minute walk. Plenty of dinning options in the immediate vicinity. Staff were helpful.
The very small bathroom is ok for cleanliness and facilities but so so cramped. Not good for the less agile.
Its convenient for train travel, its centrality in Rome, It has easy access to range of dining options close by. The staff are very friendly even with my lack of Italian
The very tiny bathroom adequate but very cramped- not for two at a time!
In the middel of Rome, you could walk to all the things you would See very friendly, you just had to ask and they arranged It for you
The shower was very smal Most of the days the fruit was finished at breakfast
Great location, very close to the downtown, 15 minutes walk to the colloseum, city centre, the Termini train station is about 5 minutes. There is a metro station near the hotel, which stops at almost all the famous places. The Staff is polite, and helpful, breakfast was good, Wifi was good.
i could'nt say anything
Friendly staff Good location Nice rooms Good breakfast
Noisy street. Can't sleep with the windows open - good thing they have A/C
The location is fine, the staff very friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable
The breakfast is really poor for North European standards. Some good bread, eggs and a sharper knife would be good.
Our family of four stayed 3 nights- June 27th to 30th - in room 210, which sleeps four. The room was small, but comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and there was a mini fridge in the room. The free continental type breakfast, while limited, was still a welcome amenity. The bathroom was clean and modern, although the shower stall was very, very small. All in all, we were satisfied with what we got for the price, considering its Rome.
None of these items were major problems for us, but should be mentioned. No gluten free bread on breakfast menu. Shower stall extremely small. No lift, so had to carry luggage up two flights of stairs. Only one pillow per person (although on nights 2 and 3 we got 2 additional pillows).
Clean and simple hotel. Good breakfast.
Breakfast food room no lift.just stair to the 5th floor
Location was quite convenient. Breakfast adequate. Staff quite helpful.
The shower stall was too small. A/C didn't quite work.
