Friendly staff, good rooms with a useful balcony, quiet area and still not far from the beach (200m for one for which you had to pay, 1000m to a public). Ok breakfast, clean rooms at the right size. |

The proprietor was welcoming and very helpful. His English was excellent which makes communication much easier. The setting was good with easy access, within a short walk, to the beach and being in a quiet suburban street. Car parking was excellent an outside sitting facilities were good. The breakfasts were a little sparse and the whole place could have done with some re-decoration. |

Very friendly staff personel. There is a lift in the Hotel, and a big parking area, over your car a roof (sun-protection) the breakfast was very good-tasting. The destination to the beach is approx: 350 - 400 m at foot. |

Leuk hotel met een uitstekende ligging om alle bekende bezienswaardigheden van Toscane te zien én toch aan zee te zitten. De eigenareren zijn echt ontzettend vriendelijk! |

Persoonlijke benadering. Verhuizing naar een andere kamer was mogelijk. Behoorlijk ontbijt. Rustige ligging met goede parkeergelegenheid, en toch dicht bij strand. Eenpersoonskamer was zeer krap, evenals de sanitaire voorzieningen, en balkon ontbrak (wel op gerekend!). Verhuizing naar tweepersoonskamer (met balkonnetje) enige dagen later was echter mogelijk, maar wel tegen (redelijke) meerkosten. Enig opkappen van kozijnen en sanitair wel aan te bevelen, evenals de sfeer in de kamer (verlichting, muurbekleding). Kluisje op de kamer ontbrak. Als een eenpersoonskamer wordt geboekt, dan is de status van 3 sterren te hoog ingeschaald. |

Il parcheggio privato. La colazione. Il prezzo camera offerto tramite booking. scarsa pulizia camera (capelli negli angoli della stanza e in bagno, coprilenzuola macchiato), box doccia piccolo con telo che ti si appiccica addosso. Camera da rimodernare. |

Sehr freundliches, familier geführtes Hotel. Die Besitzer sind äußerst aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Frühstücksbuffet ist gut und ausreichend. Die Dusche ist winzig. |

de eigenaar was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk, het hotel lag heerlijk rustig aan een mooie straat en het strand was wandelend te bereiken. Ook kan je vanuit het hotel leuke dorpjes met de fiets bezoeken en de grotere steden met de auto. De badkamers mogen wel een opknapbeurt krijgen |

L'hotel è molto vecchio e mal tenuto, il bagno è piccolissimo e con sanitari antichi. C'è la moquette da tutte le parti e come entri nell'hotel ti assale un odore forte di polvere. Tra la reception e la sala della colazione c'era il cane dei proprietari steso per terra. La prima colazione molto scarsa e con alimenti non freschi ma conservati e anche stantivi. Non so come faccia questa pensioncina ad essere classificata 3 stelle. Al chek-out la signora aveva già addebitato la carta di credito che vi avevamo dato per garanzia e con una faccia tosta ci ha chiesto se ci serviva la ricevuta fiscale. |

Le patron et sa maman sont charmants ,l'hotel,un peu vieillot, est bien situé bien que difficile à trouver. Le petit déjeuner suffisant. La salle de bain n'est pas très propre et date d'une autre époque,le linge aussi .Il manque au moins une table . |

Francesco und seine Mutter waren sehr freundlich und behilflich, wann immer sie konnten, zBsp Fahrräder besorgen, Adressen suchen, Ausflugstipps geben. Das Hotel ist sehr einfach, aber vom Balkon hat man einen grandiosen Blick über Pinien zu den Bergen. Super super Essen in Bar Milano in Via Cavour!! Nachts laut, trotz "ruhiger" Lage, Frühstück fade, Zimmer zu teuer für diese Qualität. |

Tranquillo I primi due giorni prenotati sono stati deviati ad un altro albergo per un disguido di prenotazione, non è stato comunque un grosso problema: l'albergo sostitutivo era a pochi metri e in migliore posizione ed è stato prenotato al prezzo convenuto per l'hotel Giusy. |

Ho apprezzato in particolar modo il personale dell'hotel (compresa la compagnia della simpaticissima Duchi!!). Molto disponibili e gentili. Senza dubbio se dovessi ricapitare in zona soggiornerei in questo hotel. Struttura un pò vecchia ma comunque pulita e confortevole a breve tempo dal centro. |
