The view from our room and from the dining area and terrace was sensational - all of the Bay of Naples with Mt Vesuvius in the background.The meals were the best we had in Italy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The free shuttle service was ontime, comfortable and convenient. The room was spacious and clean. |

in the quite part of the city. Staff gave excellent advice on restaurants etc. it's in an apppartment building; very minimal breakfast. |

Hotel staff were very helpful and very friendly. The room was clean, an the location was within walking distance of most of the horistic sites of our interest. |

The family run hotel was inexpensive for Rome. A little off the beaten path, but accessible to transportation and some spots (Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, and VIlla Borghese) a short walk away. Family very nice - hotel very clean and tidy, breakfast buffet was great value. It was small. Sometimes street traffic can be very loud, even w/the good insulated windows. |

Helpfulness of staff. Cleanliness. Comfortable bed. The room and bathroom were very small. This was fine for a few days but might have felt cramped over a longer period. |

A good location very close to via Veneto and also a quiet place ,clean,friendly family run,good breakfast. The single room too small for the price and too close to the reception.There was not any waiting room in the hotel . |

Very quiet, large warm room with large bathroom.Bathrobes and slippers.Good breakfast. WIthin walkind distance from everything - 15-30 minutes - Spanish steps to Vatican and Capitol Hill. Owner is extremly helpful and nice. Best hotel for the price. We will be back next year. |

Staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful in schooling me on how to use the public transit system. Good breakfast. Very clean rooms. Quiet neighborhood. Room quite small and little sunlight. |

Zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam - Hotel Golden is een familiebedrijf en de hele familie zorgt ervoor de de receptie 24 uur bemand is ! Bij het uitchecken konden onze koffers tot aan het einde van de dag in het hotel blijven... ook wel makkelijk hoor >> ik zou er weer boeken. |

Sehr gute Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen. Das Frühstuck war für italienische Verhältnisse spitze! Das Zimmer und der Frühstücksraum waren relativ klein. |
