Staff Breakfast Location

Me and my son stayed in Golden 4 nights. It is a family hotel, letting you feel you are a welcomed guest at their home. They really put their heart in their work. The location is near Villa Borghese which is 15 minutes walk from tha Spanish steps and Fontana Di Trevi. A simple but GREAT HOTEL. Highly recommended !

The location was convenient and in a very nice neighborhood. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Staff was very accomodating.

Cannot really think of anything I did not like.

The hotel is family-owned and the family was gracious and helpful in every way. The breakfast was generous and the room was small but comfortable, with a very nice, clean bathroom. The staff cleaned the room promptly and someone was always available at the desk around the clock to help with directions, etc.

These are small points: The location, a block away from Via Veneto was fine, but the hotel wasn't easy to find at first. The room I stayed in on the hotel's bottom floor (the second floor of the building) had quite a bit of street noise, though it's Rome and that's understandable.

Not able to get breakfast early enough-not until 7.30am,for our early start one morning.

The Rooms are very clean. The beds are comfortable and the shower has great water pressure. The Breakfast is wonderful and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The bathroom was a good size for the 4 of us . The security was good and we felt safe in the area around the hotel.

The breakfast room was small and cramped. The bedroom could have been bigger and had more lights.

The owner was extremely helpful with sightseeing, finding nice restaurants & spoke English well and was happy to speak to us in English. The rest of the staff were also very friendly & helpful. The room was a decent size & comfortable.

Location in a good area - Close enough to walk to sights or local transportation. Breakfast Buffet home made and included. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location was good near the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, and the park but in a quiet location. The staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was good and where very helpful, friendly and accomodating. Our room was an adequate size and nicely furnished.

The only thing is that they may want to consider upgrading their blowdryers as they are not very powerful.

Room for two solo men was a double bed in an extremely small room. We had requested twin beds. We have recommended this hotel before to many friends visiting us in Italy and been satisfied with the rooms. We will not recommend them again. The owner said he could do nothing to resolve the problem because he was fully booked. Which means he gave our room to someone else even though we reserved this many months in advance of our stay.

The room size was too small but that was was our fault we did not know that a small room was indeed very small bu tnot a major problem.

This family-owned small hotel can't be beat in terms of location and value. It is a very short walk from the Villa Borghese if you want some time away from the crowds, many good restaurants on Via Veneto, and about a 10 minute walk from the nearest Metro station. The breakfast each morning was excellent. The family who owns the hotel also is the staff as well, so you know that you can trust them to give you excellent advice about where to eat or how to arrange transportation.

Excellent value. Hotel is in a great neighborhood. 116 bus is just a block away off of Via Veneto, and drops you off at red line metro station. Homemade breakfast served in small room by member of the family owned property. Staff friendly, attentive. Single rooms are small but clean and free wifi included. Requires you to buzz in during evening hours biut that never presented a problem. Highly recommended.

This is a very small family-owned and driven hotel. They have been thinking of most small little details in this nice hotel. The hotel is very clean, the family (staff) is very friendly and the location is good. Breakfast was of a high quality compared to similar hotels in Rome.

My room was very small. I knew about it beforehand. There were some difficulties in locking my door, and I needed to be very slim to get into the shower and to serve myself in the breakfastroom.

It was within walking distance to most attractions. The staff were great, help us find places, maps, and great places to eat. The room was small but very comfortable and clean

Lo mas importante fue la atencion, es un hotel familiar donde se brindan al maximo con sus huespedes. Al llegar nos ofrecieron un mapa con las atracciones de la ciudad recomendando medios de tranporte y restaurants aconsejandonos en cuanto la relacion precio y calidad de los mismos. Son muy atentos y cordiales y siempre estan dispuestos a ayudar. Muy recomendable.

La atención al cliente ha sido exquisita. Lo regenta una familia. Te asesoran y ayudan en facilitarte información y comodidad en tu estancia. Es un hotel pequeño y muy tranquilo. La zona fantastica.

Quizás es demasiado pequeño para familias, pues la sala de desayunos se queda pequeña cuando coinciden varios huéspedes y hay que esperar.
