Breakfast was poor as well as the first impression when entering the door at groundfloor.
Cleanliness and location
Really poor breakfast, there was not even fresh bread
Room was small but comfortable for a two night stay. We had a balcony with two chairs and small table which gave us more room. Not happy that you handed the safe key in with room key when you vacated the room. Why have a safe!!
Breakfast was a big disappointment it did not cater for any one but Italian. We tried to make toast and after putting the same two slices in the toaster four times it was still white bread, croissants were either filled with jam, cream or chocolate not everyone like a sweet breakfast. Other Italian hotels offer hard boiled eggs, ham and cheese with Panini. I do think they should look at their breakfast.
Staff were very friendly and helpful Location of the hotel was central - close to the station, close to one of the sight seeing tour routes, close to restaurants Conveniently priced for the time spent there
Breakfast could be improved with a few more choices however it did the job for me.
Rotation is good. Close to the rever.
Amenities are low quality .
Staff were lovely...
Poor quality rooms...
Very happy with location, area etc. Hotel comfortable and pleasant staff. Good internet.
Noisy guest who had no consideration for others.
The staff were friendly and helpful, were more than happy to help with anything. The location was very good and easy to get to from bus station. The rooms were generous and we had a room with a little balcony but I think that was just a bonus. Breakfast buffet was good as well.
There could have been tea and coffee facilities, there was a fridge so it would have been easy enough. The hotel is really good value for money
Convenient location of the hotel in the midst of the historical town. Nice atmosphere, tidy and comfortable room. Easy access to all places of interests in the town.
No street view at all (unfortunately).
Excellent location, everything fantastic. Great wifi.
Perfect location near trainstation and sights and attractions.
Very basic room (four beds), small bathroom.
Location was great, Room was clean, nice and comfortable. Bathroom as well.
It was 33 degrees celsius outside and the AC was barely working. We had to sleep with the window open but during the day it made the room unbearable.
the room was full of mosquitos and there was no airconditioning most of the staff did not know english and most of them were not friendly the breakfast was poor-no bread was served
Tiny bathroom with cracked mouldy tiles. The toilet is so close to the basin it is difficult to use in room 30. Squashed mosquitoes on the wall near the bed. No air conditioning.
big room and bathroom
The location was pretty good. Right near the water, so it was easy to get to either side of the city.
We found the staff to be abrasive and everything else to be average at best. When you factor in the price it was an overall negative experience. It should be noted we weren't expecting a 5-star experience, but we stayed for less in Rome, Venice, Bologna, and Milan and felt each place was better than Hotel Goldoni.
Nice clean good size room and huge bathroom, we liked it
Some of the staff were very nice and pleasant, while some lacked the English language.
Wi fi was available only outside of the rooms, otherwise you pay it extra.
Location, quiet, staff, breakfast, room
Very nice interior. Nice and friendly staff. Good location.
VERY cold: cold in the room, icy cold floors. Air conditioning does help if set to 30 C and maximum fan speed, but not in the bathroom; and it's very noisy this way. The bathroom was cold and wet: the walls were covered with drops of water condensed from the air, even the toilet paper was wet. No chance for towels to dry (by the way, they change them only once in two days).
The location was great, just a couple blocks west of the Ponte Vecchio bridge. The quad room was very spacious and comfortable.
The room was hot in January, had trouble controlling the heat in the room.
Excellent location The quirky lift gave the hotel a lot of character Rooms were spacious
Floors were not so comfortable to walk as there was no carpets and was cold
location wise, it was quite ok....
hotel is too old...on our last night there...we did not have water after coming back at night around 8pm...waited for over 2 hrs before water came...and another one more hour of waiting for the pipes to flush out as the water was brown in color...also wifi is only available in the reception area...very inconvenient.
Staffs are really nice and friendly. Room is big and clean. Close to the tourist attractions.
No free wifi in room.
