Everything - location, room size and design, staff, cleanliness, breakfast. Location is very important - you do not have to cross any bridge from Rialto stop - 2 minutes walk |

Excellent location! Good breakfast. Aircon in rooms. Great sitting rooms which were nice and cool and whereto we could escape from the heat without having to stay in our room. Our child could also play in the sitting room where there was more room than in the bedroom for him to play. Internet did not work when we wanted to use it. The girl at reception when we checked in was not friendly at all, but all the others who worked there after her were all very friendly and helpful. They spoke English. |

Friendly hotel staff no matter what time of day or night, towels changed every day and hygiene products replenished. Excellent location for st.marks square and rialto bridge. Excellent base for exploring. All vaparetto stops very close by Nothing just a warning to other travellers about mosquitos - bring repellent I got eaten alive!! |

L'albergo è in ottima posizione rispetto a San Marco e a Rialto. Evita il costo del vaporetto per spostarsi da una parte all'altra. Apprezzato l'arredamento in stile Il bagno della camera presenta molti inconvenienti: non esiste un piatto doccia per cui l'acqua di sparge per tutta la camera. Non esistono mensole. Anche nella camera da letto oltre ad un minuscolo armadio non ci sono altri luoghi di porre le proprie cose |

el personal era muy amable El cuarto de baño era mínimo y eso que pagamos por una habitacion especial. Alguna habitacion del grupo que ibamos olia muy mal. El suelo de la 2º planta estaba en muy mal estado. |

Está junto a la Plaza de San Marcos. Muy céntrico El balcón de nuestra habitación daba a un restaurante en la calle que hacía mucho ruido. El aire acondicionado, incluso apagado, hacia un ruido un poco molesto. El baño era muy incomodo. Estaba adaptado para personas minusválidas. |

L'accueil, la serviabilité et la discrétion du Personnel. Son emplacement proche de la place St Marco. Son calme. La trop petite télévision qui oblige à lever la tête. Seulement 3 oreillers "plats". Pour être presque confortable, il en fallait 4 pour 2 occupants (2 chacun). Là un occupant devait faire sans un deuxieme oreiller. Manque de rangement."L'armoire" ne répond pas aux besoins des clients. |
