Excellent location Helpful staff
Breakfast area cramped. Not large enough for a hotel of this size but able to get seats because no-one was inclined to stay very long
Nice staff good location good breakfast!
good all round hotel
no where to put soap in shower sounds silly but true
Staff were excellent - very friendly and efficient. Towels changed daily. Air con worked well. All major sights easily accessible, along with restaurants etc.
Room was rather small - not unexpected in a city centre. No drawers to speak of, but no problem really for a short stay.
We liked the proximity to St Marks Square and The Grand Canal. The hotel was quiet even though it was on a busy street. The breakfast was nice with cereals, breads, croissants, meat and cheese. Also the coffee was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We would recommend the carpets in the hotel were changed, especially the one on the stairs. The shower in our room (52) was of a poor quality and the door trim came off a couple of times. The design of the window in our room wasnt ideal. Also the air condtioning wasnt too good.
Rooms 63 and 65 on the top floor were very Venetian in style with modern bathroomsk
Our rooms were on the 4th floor and the lift did not always work. The public areas were very shabby.
close to main attractions, good breakfast (fresh pastry, good coffee, selection of salumi), room size ok
the bathroom shower a bit odd, no cabin and the whole bathroom was full of water
The staff was not very friendly. The rooms were very stuffy. The entrance was horrible. Apart from the location we thought everything else was terrible.
The location is good :)
Breakfast buffet :(
This was a nice hotel, fairly easy to find considering Venice is very hard to navigate around in. It was close to St. Marks square as well as the Rialto Bridge. This it was easy to get to the water taxi's. We were only in Venice for one night and this hotel was fine for that. We're able to store our bags for our later flight. The room we got was small, but fine for our needs.
Wifi was slow to get on, but once we did connect it was okay. Our shower stall did not drain properly, so for fear of it overflowing the bathroom we kept our showers short.
Only the location.
Hotel not worth more than $100 CDN a night. Bathroom door didn't even close. Toilet was high and tiny. Shower didn't shut!
It is not very clean, rugs are dirty on the sides, shower had tape on the top , bit locatuon and people at the desk are great
Emplacement idéal pour les visites.
Hotel très vieillot.
The building and bathroom
Excellent location, very clean room, enjoy full breakfast, friendly staff!!
centrally located to St Marks Square and Rialto bridge. Good value for money.
Breakfast room very small and if patrons all went at same time was a bit squashed.
The position was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a pleasant and reasonable restaurant next door. We liked the immediate area.
It was the most expensive hotel we have ever stayed in in all our lives - a special treat for my husband's 80th birthday. But it really didn't feel luxurious or special. to match up to the money we paid.
Location was amazing only 5 mins from Rialto Bridge and staff were most helpful and obliging. Very comfortable and clean. David Sussex UK
The location which is long the Calle Fabbri just a short walk from Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. The staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast was good. The room which was small but adequate and clean.
Everything was fine.
+fantastic location +friendly staff
-breakfast room was very small
The location was excellent, staff very helpful and friendly, nice selection of food for the breakfast buffet, the hotel was very clean and bedding/ towels were changed daily. Overall our stay at the hotel was ideal for stay in Venice and would recommend it to family and friends
Great location... between Rialto and San Marco Square.
We had three rooms and were all too warm for comfort. We could not adjust temperature in rooms and had to open windows to get some cool air. This was in early April. Carpets and wall-coverings need to be upgraded. Breakfast area was cramped.
Excellent Location, very very close to San Marco Square, Good sized and well decorated room.
Breakfast was poor. No eggs or toast was served. Very limited choice. Staircase was odd, it was like a labyrinth above 2nd floor, lift is not serving above 3rd level.
the location is good.
the room was small but not bad.
