Located a 10-minute walk from Courmayeur centre, HSH Hotel Gran Baita offers both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. A shuttle service to Dolonne cable car is provided. Rooms at HSH Hotel Gran Baita Courmayeur come with a minibar and satellite TV with pay-per-view channels. La Sapinière restaurant serves dishes from the Aosta Valley. Meals and drinks can be enjoyed out on the terrace with a panoramic view across the Mont Blanc mountain range. Staff can arrange shuttle transfer to the pedestrian area, to the golf course, and to cable cars. Big room, good, friendly staff, parking. It's difficult to explain the heart of the problem, but I think we can to say - this is the hotel without the soul.:(( it was very warm inthe hotel, but it's cold hous...

Noisey, even in the rooms you could hear people on stairs, doors banging etc. The restaurant had no atmosphere and was very expensive for fairly average food. On the day we tried the pool it was cold and there was no apology or explanation.

Friendly and courteous staff. Well-developed infrastructure. The location of the hotel. Clean room and comfort at home. There is no way to regulate the temperature of the warm floor in the bathroom and otstutsvie independent temperature control of heating system batteries included.

sarebbe necessario un riammodernamento delle camere e del bagno. il materasso a molle e la tenda da bagno sporca di calcare non sono adeguati ad un quattro stelle. la zona spa un po' decadente, (muffa al soffitto) ha bisogno di una bella rinfrescata. lo staff molto cortese e professionale.

Ikke så veldig mye. Maten på hotellet var en katastrofe. Det gikk ikke an å regulere temp på rommet, og matsalen holdt 30 grader. Villt overpriset hotell. Shuttle service til og fra alpinheisen er bra.

есть гараж для авто завтрак очень скудный,один вид сыра, один вид колбас,один вид мусли,яйцо,три вида выпечки, фррукты- яблоки , киви, апельсины. Трансфер не каждый день. Платный интернет.

Joli hall d'entrée, zone salon et bar. Belle piscine intérieur-extérieur. Calme. Personnel très aimable sauf le directeur, froid et distant. Garage très pratique et spacieux. Beau mobilier sculpté, très beau travail d'ébénisterie. Jolie salle-de-bains un peu art déco. Pratiquement personne ne parle le français, alors que le Val d'Aoste est supposé francophone. Seul le personnel technique magrébin parle français ! Beaucoup d'employés inexpérimentés, débutants maladroits. Piscine et zone spa un peu en décrépitude. Chauffage des chambres toujours à fond, pas réglable, donc fenêtre grande ouverte en plein hiver ! Moquette dans la chambre. Bruit de la route: seulement avec la fenêtre ouverte mais vu qu'il fait trop chaud... Restaurant vide, avec 6 employés qui vous regardent manger en permanence et discutent entre eux puis se précipitent pour ramasser les assiettes. Mais très gentils et souriants.

Hotel vetusto, camera sporca! Letto con lenzuola sporche, privo di copri materasso, coperta sintetica , un solo cuscino! Non si capisce come possa avere 4 stelle con un livello da pensione scadente! Veramente un furto! Nessun aspetto positivo

L'Hotel è carino ed è molto vicino al centro-. L'Hotel è assoutamente disorganizzato sotto tutti I punti di vista:il riscaldamento in camera non è regolabile e si soffoca; la piscina è sempre stata fredda (per un fantomatico guasto mai risolto) quindi impraticabile; è mancata la luce per diverse ore e la mattina ci siamo dovuti preparare al buio; l'acqua della doccia è stata fredda per diversi giorni; la navetta non è una navetta, ma un'auto che non si sa quando parte...tutto è lasciato alla più totale improvvisazione.. E si vede! A Vostro rischio e pericolo, cari Viaggiatori!

friendly and helpful staff. Relaxed place. Location not great for the ski lift - but free transfer available. We got a very good deal through Booking.com, but had we paid full price I think it would have been expensive for what it is

Hotel surchauffé, y compris dans la chambre, jour et nuit. Sans osdibilite de regler la temperature. La literie n'est pas confortable Personnel pas tres reactif. En arrivant a minuit, nous avons du attendre plus d'1/2h Avant d'avoir notre chambre - alors qu'il n'y avait petsonne d'autre a la reception.
