Friendly and helpful staff; Location; Night events in the neighboring hotel (Laurin)

Everything about everything. I even got to ride the hotel bike daily. The staff treated me like an admired relative. Doris Gotter the director remains in a vey special place in my heart, for her kindness aand beauty. WOW!

The fact that I only stayed there for 5 nights. :( I love Bolzano!

it would be nicer if the double bed was an actual double bed instead of two single beds joined together.

Helpful front desk and convenient location right in the center of the city.

The location was superb and the room luxurious (particularly the bathroom). The garden area outside the room was very pleasant. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and it was delightful to be able to eat it outside on the terrace. All in all, a very enjoyable experience and I would happily stay there again.

It was difficult getting luggage from the underground car park to the room - a small flight of steps up and down in the underground area made it impossible to use a trolley all the way from the car to the room, and there were similar steps on the first floor corridor (the latter, however, is understandable given that it's an old building). The outside area was lovely but it had no covering, canopy or umbrella. This meant that it was impossible to use in wet weather and the seating became soaking wet each time there was rain and therefore unusable for some time afterwards.

Well-nigh faultless. Very smart modern hotel on main square. Spacious, well designed room. Excellent buffet in the breakfast room complete with terrace. Very pleasant staff.

The air conditioning was a bit half-hearted.

The Hotel was great, from the first minute we arrived till we left the staff were attentive, friendly and well informed. We have stayed in other Design Hotels and found this one to be every bit as good as others we stayed in.

Mein dritter Aufenthalt im Hotel war - trotz schlechtem Wetter - wieder sehr gut. Sehr freundliches Personal, herrliches Zimmerdesign und ein überdurchschnittliches Frühstück sorgen für einen angenehmen Kurzurlaub.

Ottima location e servizi proporzionati . Molto attenti tutti i membri del personale. Molto comodo, per essere al centro città, il collegamento interno con il parcheggio ubico, convenzionato.

Un po' scomode le scale ed i diversi gradini.

Herzlicher Empfang. Wunderbares, reichhaltiges und feines Frühstückbuffet. Trotz zentraler Lage ruhiges sehr schönes Zimmer. .

Eccezzionale posizione ( sulla piazza Walther), stupenda ristrutturazione con camere una diversa dall'altra disegnate da artisti di varia estrazione. Adeguato al livello il prezzo, eccellente prima colazione
