The staff is friendly and helpful. Before I arrived they helped me to locate a tour vendor in the area. They followed up promptly on all of my requests. The art in my room was lovely and the hotel provides background information to make it more meaningful. The breakfast was great and unrushed. Just a lovely little hotel in a great location. Highly recommend and would be happy to return. |

Location, price, friendly smiling helpful front desk, big clean room, CNN and INTERNET! One of those lobbies where you have to yank your bags up four steps to get to elevator - is it because hotel is too cheap, ignorant and/or puts design element ahead of client convenience to put a ramp) |
