Near metro and train station, good connection to airport, friendly staff. Good value for money. Breakfast is very poor. A lot of immigrants arround, noisy street - but it´s Napoli. |

It was very close to the main station, so it was really very fine It was in very poor part of town, a lot of dirt was there, no parking place, the stuff should be more polite and better speak English |

Extremely convenient for all transport, (especially the main Central Station), and within reasonable walking distance of all the main tourist sites in town. Extremely disappointed to find that there was neither a bar nor a restaurant as advertised. Quite a noisy hotel, from both road traffic, which continued most of the night, and lorries unloading to shops. A warning to others - despite advertising that the hotel accepts cards in payment - the machine did not work, and getting money to pay from nearby ATMs was impossible except at the Deutsche Bank. |

It was located close to the train station, clean, and comfortable for the most part. The hot water smelled of sulpher, and didn't ever get hot enough to shower. |

Proximity to the main station and to the city centre; low price. The bathroom is really small and does not have a separate basin for the shower, so water from the shower flows everywhere. The bathroom is also rather dirty. Furthermore, the corridors and stairs (no elevator) are very narrow, which may be a problem with large luggage, and there is little to no protection against noise, at least on the third floor. However, for the price it is okay. |

There was no hot water (2 days of 3) and bathroom was very small. It was located in the very noisy part of the city and also the air wasn´t good here. So it was hard to sleep here for us. We´ve experienced also very poor breakfasts. |
