King staff, good location, quite good price for this place
Weak wifi in rooms
People on reception were “extremely” helpful. They really made good impression.
This small hotel was clean, quiet, accommodating. In a fairly good location near the old port, aquarium, and many shops and restaurants, less than a 15mins walk away. Breakfast was simple but sufficient.
Wifi was not good. Flagging weak signal. Parking is not on sight, about 6 mins walk from hotel.
Everything, staff very friendly, and bathroom exceptionally clean.
Comfort at a reasonable price. Very helpful and friendly staff. Location perfect. Soundproof windows.
No negative feedback.
great location - near to the center & to the port in the same time, nice &friendly stuff, free Wi-fi
the hotel is in the too old biulding, which needs of renovation
The staff were welcoming and friendy and gave excellent information about restaurants etc. Very good English too!
Promlem with parking everywere!!!
Good proximity to the train station and harbour. Breakfast included, not a bad selection. Had a family room for 2 friends, old but clean.
Wifi wouldn't connect in room, went into lounge. No wall plug in smaller bedroom.
I looooooved the location - my hotel room overlooked Piazza della Nunziata, in the old area of Genoa. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and spoke great English. There was an elevator and the room itself was very large, had high ceilings, an updated bathroom, and thick windows that closed out traffic sounds at night.
The bed was large (which was good), but a bit saggy in the middle (which made it a little uncomfortable).
Air conditioning not efficient. Area congested
Very large room. Nicely decorated bathroom. Staff were helpful. Good breakfast.
Wifi signal was poor in the room. Drunk guests made a lot of noise late at night.
Lady on reception was very helpful.
Car parking arrangements - having to leave car keys with the car.
All was good except it is time to update the towels. Thank you
A ton of character with this hotel. You can't help but day dream about who has graced the hotel over the 2+ centuries a hotel has stood there. The family room is spacious, staff amazing, and walking distance from just about everything. The breakfast was excellent.
Wifi signal strength was a little weak as you went up the floors.
Well located for visiting the sights of Genoa at a good price Guest parking (for a fee) close by Very friendly staff, coffee available at reception 24 hours a day Air conditioning worked well Comfy bed and good bed linen Free bottles of water in the room
Our room was quite dark and drab. The bathroom had a slightly unpleasant smell (seemed damp) and could've been better cleaned. Noisy location due to the main road so need to sleep with the windows shut Breakfast was generous with good coffee but needed more savoury items
Helpful staff, coffee and cappuccino on demand, good wifi and breakfast
From grandparents to all 3 kids we really enjoyed our stay the female staff member who served us our dinner and translated for us was excellent. The young lady is a true asset to the hotel.
Good hotel near (in) the center. Very friendly mistress told about Genova, point places of interest on map and consult on various questions.Breakfast good enough for such hotels, but it's could be some more various.
Good staff - good breakfast. Fair hotel for the price paid.
Driving in Genoa city centre not for the faint hearted. Car parking difficult. Didn't always feel safe walking around Genoa at night - stick to main streets.
Location is very good, but rooms are rather small, in the toilet is very tight. Personel is nice nad helpful.
In our room there was a problem with WIFI coverage. If You have a car You have to leave in a garage around 300m from the hotel for 15EUR and leave them the car key. Breakfest is rather modest
Location and staff were great
The city itself Very dirty streets lots of immigrants feels very unsafe
It is close to the train station and easy to find. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff very helpful.
There was a lot of traffic noise so we did not sleep well.
Location, nice breakfast, very good coffee.Water and coffee for free.
No mini bar.
Good position close to the historical centre and aquarium.
