Wifi isn't free! It is an extra fee of 8 euro per day.
The staff at this hotel were by far the best we have ever encountered! They went over the top to help us with directions, shuttle service, dining, extra pillows and more. We had the same waitress several times at the hotel restaurant during dinner and breakfast and my 1 year old kept smiling and flirting with her. When we went to check out the front desk told us a package had been left for our son. The sweet waitress had gone and bought him a toy car and animals. It was an amazing, kind, and generous gesture that shows how wonderful the people of Italy are. Additionally, the restaurant food was wonderful and the hotel was very quite at night. The shuttle service was wonderful but I wish it was available more.
The shower in our room was really tiny. Since there was no tub we were forced to try and give our 1 year old a shower with one of us which was virtually impossible in the tiny space. You had to get a different Wi-Fi password each day. Kind of annoying because I like to check my email first thing in the morning and I had to go down to the lobby each day to get the password. The carpet in our room was very stained and needs to be replaced or at least shampooed. The location is very out of the way for Venice. Its far from the train station (don't try and walk there) and then you need to take a tram and a bus to get to Venice. The hotel offers a shuttle but its not always available.
friendly staff free internet shuttle service
breakfast was very nice and price is very affordabler
beds are very narrow. site is quite noisy
the room was old and not much taken care of. The window could not close well, the moquette was old. The location requires one to take a tram and bus to reach venice: it is fine to save money but not for the price we paid, considering the quality.
Didn't get to see it!
Even after advance confirmation for early checking we were weting for 1 hour for room in lobby. We paid 50 Euro for early checking.
Comfortable , clean and tidy and far from everything except airport
Comfortable room but no food available at night
We were delayed and could not give us somethig to eat at night
Everything was perfect and the stuff very helpful
The rooms are spacious and clean. There are free WiFi internet and parking. Breakfast is good. It was a short to catch the bus/car to down town Venice.
Very polite and responsive staff. Close to public transport.
The staff at reception was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. And the shuttle bus to Venice availabilty was great.
Before finishing our coffee in the morning the staff from the restaurant began gathering from the table forcing us to get up and leave.
Customer service was terrible. Reception staff very rude and short. Extra items like wifi expensive Shower terrible
Friendly staff, good food, very convenient shuttle to Venice, clean and cozy room
Nice hotel with required facilities including restaurant Staff is helpful Room is comfortable and clean
The noted address is the back entrance (a small impasse), not recognized on my GPS, while the front entrance is on a main road
My wife and I stayed in this hotel for one night prior to our cruise with Norwegian Cruise Line. The staff were really helpful, the facilities worked well and were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was perfect for us getting to Venice(on our one day there), and then getting to the Venice Port the following day. They offered shuttle service to Venice and shuttle to the Venice port. They drop you just outside of Venice(2 minute walk to the bridge). There's lots of shops for souvenirs and plenty of places for Gelato and Restaurants/Cafes. The Gondola ride cost us 80 euro and this lasted 40 minutes. Beer was cheaper than water in some places. Costs for the shuttle services cost 5-10 Euros, it was quick, and there was different times you could arrange for pick up. In fact we changed our time while we were in Venice by calling the hotel(using a phone from a Café server) and it was no problem at all. There was an good amount of little bakeries/shops on the same street where the streetcar runs about a ten minute walk away from the hotel. The breakfast buffet cost us 10 euro(5 euro each) and I think it was worth it.
The television was small.......but we're in Venice....so this was a minor detail. We had a Cruise to catch the following day. There were three couples waiting to either go to the Port of Venice or Train station, and we were set to leave at 12pm. We were waiting 15-20 minutes after the departure time for these two males, which caused some anxiety, as we needed to be at our Port. Nevertheless, we made it on time, but dropping these two people, who had no rush to be anywhere off first, left some of the guests a bit upset, to say the least. All in all the shuttle service was good and use it if you go. To avoid this kind of thing happening, book an earlier time to leave, and if you are in no rush to be anywhere, don't be disrespectful like these two guys were, and simply take the next bus!
The location was ok. Parking free.
Old furniture. Breakfast very very poor - they had one type of ham, one type of cheese, bread, butter. No fresh fruits. They don't speak english too good.
Close to food markets and Metro. 30 min to center Venice. Great staff!! Good breakfast for 5 euro. Cute hotel with great large rooms.
Its is actually quite far from Venice..half an hour by tram and then bus but the hotel has good shuttle service for pick up and drop off at quite a low price
worse location ,staff is not that great ,room was so small with little light it looked like a grave , slow and aggressive elevator , toilet is old , no snaks in the minibar , the water is not warm enough and you have to pay for the wifi !!!!
Wifi was not working
1.Room is clean. 2.The reception girls explain my question quite nice. 3.Free parking
1.Breakfast is a little bit poor.At that day there are 2 tourist groups had breakfast at same time around 7.45 to 8.20.At that moment there is not so much food left for other guests. Comments to hotel:1,prepare more food if there are group guests come.2,Prepare one hot water machine to asian guests. In this case can set coffe machine free. *Those suggestion would improve your hotel bussiness.
Good breakfast, hotel is very close to bus/tram station for public transport to Venezia, free parking.
The hotel is clean, quite and comfortable. It was a short to catch the bus to down town Venice.
The staff were not very welcoming or friendly. I would stay a night or two here but not any longer.
