Rooms nice and clean - well appointed. Bar/restaurant available. Breakfast buffet very nice.Free shuttle from terminal. Shuttle bus from terminal very hard to find - no signs.

Very modern, large bathroom and very clean with a reasonable rate. Free transport to airport was a bonus. Noise. Was on a low floor close to front entry and people were gathered there to smoke until very late at night and the noise was unwelcome given an early time to arise to catch a plane.

The shuttle service from our flight back to the hotel, and back to the airport again was on time and a super big plus. The front staff were vey helpful, fast and informative. It was decorated very modern and fun. The chef/ food was excellent, and we really liked the open kitchen where you could see her cooking. The whole place was so clean, you could feel it when you entered. Wi- fi avail, which for us is so important being from another country to get all our traveling times and ticket info and connect with family about our traveling movements. Thank you for everything!

We liked the contemporary design of the room, with everything extremely clean. It looked brand new! The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom and shower were excellent. It met our needs wonderfully. Also the restaurant was very good, for evenings and breakfast. The shuttle to and from the airport, included in the price of the room, was wonderful also. All in all a great experience. Some of the glassware in the restaurant needed to be disposed of: 1 glass had a broken edge which could have cut a person's lip if not noticed in time. One wine glass appeared a little smudged and not so clean, and we asked for another.

Friendly staff, value for money, large parking (for free). Convenient location for the airport, Milan and lakes. The room was very clean and comfortable. No fridge in the rooms (but vending machines/bar available 24/7)

The room was ample and very clean. Restaurant facilities were pleasant. Location - 10 minutes drive from Malpensa - was great for a morning departure. Great value at 59 Euros for the night Can't think of anything I didn't like.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Shuttle picked us up at the airport within 5 minutes of calling and they were at the hotel on time the next morning to take us back there. Convenient as very close to airport. Room was comfortable and nice hot water in the shower. The hotel restaurant was quite pricey for thawed meals. Because it was Easter Monday nothing was open so we had no choice but to eat there. Food wasn't as bad as we thought it would be though...but it's just that we like fresh food. The floor in the room was not that clean. Walked barefoot from bathroom to bed and my feet were dirty. Not that big a deal. Something the hotel can fix very easily.
