Good location, the price is extremely reasonable. The staff should have better information about the city, trains and restaurants. |

Cheap price. Helpful staff. On the first day the airconditioner didn't work. We got another room after complaining to the staff on the second day. In the new room, airconditioner only has on/off switch but no remote control. So temperature not adjustable. Very poor breakfast. The neighborhood, very central though, looked quite shabby. Bathroom was dark and not that clean. |

Hotel location near to the train station. Helpful and friendly staff. Room cleaning should be improved because there are works near the Hotel. Soundproofing of the room |

Andria stopped overnight between Manchester,Naples,Scalea,waiting for the train...very handy for the Airport/Train station,clean tidy and GOOD value for money |

It was close to the train station and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was pubic hair in the sheets when we got there and the shower wasn't clean. Security is poor. You leave your key at the front desk when you leave and when you come back they don't ID you or anything. You could just walk in and say, "I want the key to room 22," and you probably wouldn't have a problem going in and robbing them or worse. |

location and price relatively decent absolutely not a 3 stars hotel !!! bathroom with rust and shower area in quite bad conditions; corridor is a labyrinth - in case of fire I think it could be a big problem; wireless was announced as free in the bar area, but it was free only if you bought a drink. |

easy to find ( just near by the train station, Bus terminal just outside the square, walking distance to the main street for shops & restaurant& friendly stuff for sure :)) yes, the twin bed room because the other double bed room I saw which is bigger, or just we lack of luck to get the one we had & the shower wasn't great. |

The distance to the Garibaldi train station...just across the road. Restaurants just outside the hotel. The breakfast choice. The same 3 types of cereal and 1 kind of bread with butter and honey every single day. |

Very close to the station. Breakfast staff were rude, rushing you through even though there was still a good 15minutes left. The room stank of urine upon arrival, which is not exactly pleasant, however much you pay for a room. |

It is clean, has air-conditioning, by the railway station,has internet. the hotel was a good value for the money, but the noise from the street(Garibaldi piaza) was too loud for comfortable sleep. |

It served our purpose which was a good nights sleep after 24 hours on planes and waiting on planes. Breakfast was adequate. Thought the area was a bit on the edge |

Hotel ideal made our holiday great and ideal!! Thank you for the professional staff (Fernando),and for the general manager!! This place was just perfect for us. Small rooms, but for sleeping after a busy day, is all good. They have a very nice and romantic bar at the first floor, with very good cocktails. Thank you Hotel Ideal! Piazza Garibaldi looks a little bit strange at first sight, but we did not have any problems during our stay. It was all safe. |
