Very well located for the station and buses back to the airport. Excellent value for money given the central location. Although reasonably comfortable, very scruffy. Unseemly dispute over another group's bill when I arrived, which was being handled rather ineptly by the reception staff. |

The hotel is centrally located, right next to the central train station. I'd rate this as a ** hotel, not a ***. The bathroom was a bit of a joke, with a poorly finished shower and a toilet packed in about two squared meters. The breakfast was really basic / low quality. The sound insulation is poor so you hear all the noises coming from the busy streets. It's probably ok if you just want a place where to sleep and manage to get a good rate. |

The room was very large and comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful and even marked me out a route on the map so that I could see the things I wanted to. Bar was cosy and handy for using wireless internet. There was nothing to complain about and it was very good value for money. The hotel was fine. I was disappointed with the restaurant next door which had been recommended and where they placed my main course on the table whilst still only half way through the starter. That's not the hotel's fault but I would find somewhere different to eat if I went again. |

I felt the hotel was well-placed to visit Naples & the surrounding area and the staff were friendly & helpful. The immediate area surrounding the hotel was not indicative of the whole city, otherwise, nothing about the hotel as such. |

Location is perfect because we arrived with train and we could very easy find hotel because it is so close to station. And one more thing about this hotel is a bar inside hotel with cosy balcony and friendly barman. |

The room was clean and quite big. There was air conditioning/heating unit. The hotel staff spoke really good English and were really helpful and suggested we ate next door and got us a 10% discount (cheap but not great quality). Transport is close, including the bus to take us to the airport; shops close. There is wireless access but you need to spend 3 Euros in the bar to get the password, which may even work in our room if it's close enough to the bar. The location was both a blessing and a curse, because it is so convenient, right in the square next to the train station, next to shops, banks, restaurants; but at the time that we stayed, there were major building works in the square going on so it disturbed our sleep a bit. The breakfast is very basic: bread roll, cereal, squash; you can ask for tea or coffee and a croissant at the counter. |

Very pleasant and helpful personal. Room was small but very cosy. Everyday clean towels and good cleaning service. Room was very quite. Although the room was quite it was dark because of only one window situated to the court. There was complication with air condition but personal was willing to solve it immediately. |

The hotel is perfect - for location in comparison with price. It is few steps from the railway station and metro, a minute walk from the airport shuttle stop. Easy to walk even to the port. Rooms are small but absolutely sufficient if you spent your time outside as we did. The only two little problems were the traffic - but that is logical for its location. Also the breakfast choice is limited and same every day, but better to have some than none for the price paid. |

Very close to the main train station. Rooms are overlooking the Garibaldi square, rooms are huge, bathroom is also well equipped, even haid drier. Good value hotel, I would recommend it to everyone travelling on low budget. |

It has a good location, near the main railway station, good value for money. The breakfast was really poor. The walls were tiny, so the room was noisy. And there was no elevator. |

Friendly, efficient staff. The location was good for me, though wouldn't suit everyone's needs. Large room. The room had a smell of damp and there were no reading lights. |

Because the hotel was fully booked we were given the family room, which meant it was twice as large as we needed. We also liked the fact that internet was available in the bar. Also the proximity to the central station means it's easily accessible by train. The breakfast was really poor. The first morning, everything was gone by the time we came down, even though we were relatively early. The second morning, it was much quieter during breakfast, but there was hardly any choice. Also, the bathroom was technically clean, but practically there were places where soap remains and water stains were visible. The shower itself was also pretty small compared to the available room in the bathroom. There's no elevator available, which can make carrying up your luggage quite exhausting, also because the stairs are higher than average. Lastly, the square in front of the hotel was currently undergoing major construction, which started at 6 in the morning. |
