Location was very good and it was easy to get to, staff were excellent Our room was very small for a double, and was very dark. |

Everyone who worked there was extremely helpful and nice. There was not one person who worked there that was even close to unpleasant. How long it takes to walk to the hotel from the street. |

The hotel has an adorable terrace with the nice view of the sea, friendly personnal and good breakfast for that class of hotels. Lots of mosquitos, constant smell in bathroom. |

nice gardens, nice view. friendly staff Cars do not reach hotel. The taxi dropped us at about one kilometer from the hotel, and we had to walk with our luggage.Hotel has shuttle that brings you to the door but is not available at all times and costs 7 euros per person. |

Gute Organisation bei der Abfertigung-Abfahrt/Ankunft. Sehr gute Lage-Aussicht.Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal Abendliche und nächtliche Moskito überfälle. Anends kann bei Licht keine Tür und kein Fenster geöffnet bleiben. |

Het personeel was vriendelijk, het uitzicht was zeer mooi. Het hotel was t.o.v. andere hotels op het eiland. Het hotel zelf ziet er mooi uit. Het hotel ligt aan een zeer smalle weg, niet bereikbaar per auto. De directe omgeving van het hotel is vrij rommelig. Het zwembad deed ouderwets aan. |

la situation sur l'ile, à la fois proche d'Anacapri et suffisament isolé la vue sur la mer la situation proche des sentiers de randonnée cotiers la terrasse / piscine la chambre un peu humide et vétuste pas de savon sdb un peu vieillote et ventilation bruyante |

mal educação dos funcionarios,quarto nao legalizado, sem numero e nao cumpre as leis de um hotel 4 estrelas.Fiquei no quarto ao lado da cozinha por 200 euros, isto é impenssavel, nao tinha ar condicionado, nao tinha telefone, e a janela nao abria, as nossa reclamações foram esquecidas e despresadas, tenho pena por que aluguei mais de 10 hoteis por este site este ano. |

Ho apprezzato la vicinanza (circa 500 metri) allo stazionamento dei bus di Caprile, che consente di raggiungere le belle spiagge di Punta del Faro e della Grotta Azzurra in 10 minuti. L'odore sgradevole di muffa/umidità molto forte che c'era in camera, del quale il personale era ampiamente a conoscenza, visto che l'addetto al ricevimento ci ha accompagnati personalmente in camera. Tra l'altro non si poteva neanche tenere la finestra aperta per fare entrare un pò d'aria a causa delle zanzare tigre, presenti anche di giorno. |

nulla , è inconcepibile che per fare la colazione il cappuccino ed il caffe venivano conteggiati a parte , i trasferimenti per il viaggio ci hanno fatto pagare 7 euro a persona per accompagnarci all'aliscafo |

il magnifico terrazzino, è paradisiaco, pieno di fiori. Silenzioso, rilassante.. vi era un piatto-doccia che disponeva solo di una tendina, per un 3 stelle è opportuno una cabina doccia ! |

Le personnel est très agréable et toujours à votre disposition. Rapport qualité/prix passable. La chambre avait un problème d'air climatisé du coup elle était humide. L'ensemble des prestations offertes par la chambre ne valait pas 100 euros. Mais j'estime que c'est surtout l'île de Capri qui fait flamber les prix. |

Das Hotel hatte eine wunderschön bepflanzte und gepflegte Außenanlage, was man über die Zimmer nicht sagen kann Die Tür zum Zimmer ließ sich nur mit großer Kraftanstrengung öffnen!(total Verzogen). Trotz Reklamation keine Abhilfe |

Die Ruhe und die Entspannung, die blühende Natur rundherum, das blendende Wetter, mitten in den einheimischen Leuten zu sein, dass hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Weg von der Busstation zum Hotel ist leider zu Fuss recht weit. |
