The location is ideal. Walking distance towards most tourist attractions.The metro is just around the corner. The room that house 3 guests are actually good for 2 persons not 3. The cot I slept on was in poor condition, the mattress was very thin I can feel the spring underneath. The pillow was saggy with no life. The loo is very narrow, we kept knocking over the wall phone. |

location of hotel was extremely convenient and all amenities were very close by . rooms are slightly smaller than what i am accustomed to, but the location certainly made up for it. would definitely stay there again. |

Please write at least 15 words the hotel needs a refurbishing. It is potentially a beautiful hotel but run down Run. Down many rooms. Were nice bit tje one booked at a internet price are no good |

Location is great, breakfast offers wide choices for all tastes. Extremely noisy, basically there is no sound insulation. The staff was more annoyed by our presence than happy to have customers, although we did not have any questions, requests or comments to upset them. |

Location was perfect and the superior room was amazing. Breakfast could have had more choice and extras on teh menue are a ridiculous price. |

The location of the hotel was great, staff on the desk were great as well and helpful. Room was small but thats expected in great city locationa, having to pay extra for the breakfast like orange juice etc was not good, thought we were paying enough for the room to justify having the breakfast included. |

Everything was great...the location, the staff, the room, the breakfast. We just had a wonderful time in this beautiful city and in this beautiful hotel. |

Convience to Spanish Steps Telephome was dirty. Everything that you had to handle was not clean. Beds were comfortable.. breakfast was good |

The location was excellent. It was lovely staying so close to the Spanish Steps. Handy for metro and catching sightseeing bus tours. Staff in hotel very helpful and breakfast superb. |

The staff were very efficient and helpful at the front desk ; made reservations for agood restaurant for us and booked our taxi for the airport. The carpet in the bedroom had a curious stain(maybe choclate) right beside the bed. This was the first thing I noticed on walking into the room(room31) Apart from this the room was clean.I would say the bed was just average and pillows hard and lumpy. |

Location next to Spanish Steps and the Metro. Breakfast was nice. Bar was really not available as "under consttruction". Rooms were dingy. Mattresses to be changed--very soft. Bathroom not up to American standards. Thought Euro/$$ exchanges service for limited amount was not rfeally fair: $1.60 when rate was trading at $1.34. |

Location Dirty rugs, no lamps near the bed for reading except for a large chandelier overhead, no bar, expensive drinks, tiny elevator, room needed painting and touchup |

It is extremely central 2 minutes away on foot from the Spanish Steps. Furnishing too old. Needs to be modernised. |

It's close to Spanish Steps and Metro. The toilet is good. The hotel is in progress of renovation, we are not aware of that. I booked the deluxe room with balcony, but the balcony was not tidy and cleaned. |

The Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was very good. The breakfast was lovely - fresh food, great service. The rooms were much smaller than they appeared to be online. The Conseirge shared that the photo online was that of a deluxe room, not the standard room. |
