It a very good choice for tour in Rome. The hotel is located next to the Spanish stairs. It in the middle between Coliseum and the Vatican. So, if you stay in this hotel, you can actually see all the most important things of Rome in one day. It is a bit expensive, but definitely worth it, if you run on a tight schedule. And yes the breakfast was the best we ever had in Italy so far. |

Good location, easy to get to the local attractions. Staff was generally unfriendly and service was poor. This is not a four star hotel. We would not stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone. |

The staff was very nice and friendly, breakfast was rich and excellent and the breakfast room is beautiful! Perfect location, right at the top of the Spanish Steps. Room a little bit noisy because located at the 1st floor street front. |

The location. It is old and needs renovation, as well as the staff who are lacking hospitality and are not willing to help apart from their daily routine works. |

It is located on top of the Spagna steps which is an unique location and probably the best for visiting Rome. The hotel has an excellent cooling system this combined with large walls saved us from the 38 degree celsius of Rome. The bathroom was narrow even if of luxury style. |

Very friendly and hepful staff, good breakfast, large new bathroom and a nice balcony. Our room was small and the floor tiles needed to be changed. |

Location is great and our room had some character and charm. The night concierge was extremely friendly and helpful. The room needed some updating and repairs. The daytime concierge was not very friendly. |

The location of the hotel. old hotel needs reno, bathroom gross, and falling apart. room falling apart. Worst bed I have ever tried to sleep in, hard as a rock may as well have slept on the floor and you have this listed as a 4 star hotel lists as 3 star and it poobably isn't even that except for the location. |

Perfect location, you can reach every place by feet. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff is second to none, they are always all out to help. Very amazing are the many ancient pieces inside the hotel. I would go back in a heartbeat. Free internet Wi-Fi in the room! |
