Location was perfect. Breakfast was more than adequate.

The room I booked was supposed to be a superior room, however, I feel it most certainly was not. The room wasn't at all like the rooms advertised on the web site. The first room allocated to us was a large room which was in need of a refurb, especially the bathroom, lights above the washbasin should have been 2 but only 1 switch which didn't work & just a hole where a 2nd switch should have been. We were moved to another room in which the bathroom was better, but the general decor really could do with a major vamp. The curtains were shabby & were coming off the hooks, the was an old water mark on the wallpaper & the mats either side of the bed were threadbare. I did expect better for the price & the whole of the hotel certainly is in need of refurbishment.

Dirty !!!! old, unconfortable, the air condition not functioning, bad smell, poor breakfast. Pitty for a great location and kind staff.

The only thing we liked about the Hotel Internazionale was the location. Beyond that, it was all downhill. The only person who seemed to care and try to help was Patricia. Everyone else from the bellmen to the woman in the dining room acted surly and resentful of helping with anything. I am not sure where the online pictures of this hotel were taken, but my family and I, and several other guests we met, can attest to the fact that it was not this hotel. It was our understanding that we could have breakfast on the charming (in the photos) terrace. You can...with reservations and for another 10 Euro a person. There was the smell of sewer permeating the lower floors and the elevator and there was no working airconditioning. I realize Rome is hot, but honestly....they gave us a couple of fans for my pregnant daughter and the children, but did not want to do this. This hotel is the most misrepresented hotel I have ever stayed in. Go back...it is a trap!

It was a very unpleasent experience. No air conditioning. Toilet was not working, carpets were filithy, room was unattractive. Bathroom was very tiny. There was nothing positive to say about this hotel. Quite embarassing!! I insisted that my reservations be cancelled for the three days. I had reserved. The hotel charged me 300euros to cancel . Location, staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Our room was very warm, even though the a/c was working.... Not cool enough!

We stayed at this hotel a few years ago and it was great. This time we found the hotel needed maintenance; i.e., the lobby carpet needs to be replaced and the staff would benefit from being more professional and friendly. We asked for a restaurant recommendation and they sent us to a tourist trap. We like to eat where the locals eat and we like to eat good food, not what we had there. The A/C in our room was not working properly and it took them until almost midnight to get the technician to fix it. Overall, we do not recommend this hotel

Location, good value for money for Rome at this time and in this part of the city, free wifi, friendly staff.

A bit shabby but since this is not a sea resort - no big problem.

It's location is in the heart of Rome, That's it!

It's 4 stars hotel but the room looks 2 stars hotel I payed a lot for this hotel to stay in an excellent room style but it's normal doesn't have to be 4 stars!

The hotel's restrorant was too small. People had to wait the table in the breakfast. Staff at the breakfast wasn't polite. Room was cleaned only two time during the five days staying in the hotel. It was strongly nessesery to leave a key in the reception. And it was the reason to cleaning. But we were not provide with it policy at the cheek-in.

Сначала нам дали номер очень скромный и не комфортный. Пришлось просить другой. Хоть он и был в гораздо более лучшем состоянии, но все равно многие мелочи в нем раздражали... честные три звезды

* La climatisation n'est pas assez forte * Simple vitrage et de se fait nous entendons beaucoup la rue * Le bâtiment à du vécu, de ce fait la tapisserie des couloirs est un peu sale et il y a des traces noires sur les murs (coup de valise, tableau qui a cogné contre les murs)

Posizione ottima al centro della citta , a due passi dalle meraviglie di Roma.

Sa di " vecchio" ; avrebbe bisogno di una maggiore cura proprio perchè un bel palazzo antico.

La regolazione della temperatura sia della doccia che dalle camera . La moquette vecchia e sporca.

Posizione assolutamente centrale e comoda. Colazione abbondante. Staff molto cordiale. Ho dormito in una stanza interna (che non affacciava su Via Sistina) ed era abbastanza silenziosa tenendo conto dell'ubicazione centrale.

Parte delle stanze sono un po' vecchiotte seppur pulite. Non fa un bel vedere la moquette vecchia e le tende delle finestre non pulitissime.

чтобы было чисто приходилось отставлять денежку. завтраки как и везде в Италии, могли и быть лучше.

Расположение Отеля просто превосходно.До метро пять минут ходьбы.Да и до всех достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком.Мы от Коллизея до отеля шли пешком.около 30 минут.Номера убирали каждый день ,белье меняли и полотенца.

Ужаснее завтраков я не видел.Лучше бы вообще тогда их не подовали.Кофе безобразный.Мы приехали в воскресенье.В понедельник все было свежее.Офощи ,мясные нарезки и т.д.НО ВО ВТОРНИК ПОДАЛИ ВСЕ ТОЖЕ-ТОЛЬКО С ДУШКОМ.В среду овощи просто были уже зеленые.а мясные нарезки издавали неприятный запах.На замечание персоналу-нам ответили что все очень вкусное.Советую на завтраки в данном отеле не расчитывать!!!

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa przy Recepcji i podczas śniadania, super lokalizacja w centrum miasta - obok największych atrakcji turystycznych.

Mało zadowalający poziom czystości w pokoju, nie były uzupełniane na bieżąco środki kosmetyczne i toaletowe w łazience. Można trafić na pokój bez okna lub bez ogrzewania !!!

Camera un po' vecchia

E' la terza volta che scelgo questo Hotel per la sua estrema comodità di ubicazione e perchè le due volte precedenti mi ero trovato molto bene.

Rispetto alle due volte precedenti ho trovato un evidente degrado:nel bagno appendiaccappatoio rotto e non sostituito così come il cristallo a fianco del lavabo; mentre per la biancheria la pulizia ineccepibile non così per I tendaggi ed I vetri delle finestre. Ho avuto l'impressione che fossero cambiate un pò le cose e purtroppo non in meglio.

- Frühstück war in Ordnung - Hotel hat eine super Lage!

- Fitnesscenter war "under Construction", konnte also nicht verwendet werden und war übrigens eine Voraussetzung (!!) für unsere Hotelauswahl - Warmwasser war im Zimmer am ersten Tag nicht vorhanden
