Отель прекрасно расположен, две минуты и ты на Испанской лестнице. Очень близко ко всем основным достопримечательностям Рима. Персонал очень любезен. На пол в номере неплохо бы постелить хоть какие-нибудь коврики, а то каменный пол осенью выглядит очень неуютно и холодно. В зале, где проходят завтраки работает только одна девушка, которая просто физически не успевает налить всем желающим кофе, убрать со столов, обновить нарезки и т.п. |

Я проживала в отеле с 7 по 10 июля 2009г. , а потом ночевали одну ночь 20 июля 2009г. Когда мы проживали с 7 по 10 июля , номер был просто восторг - большой , с террассой , элегантная обстановка номера.Это в первый раз когда номер оказался лучше , чем ожидания. Завтраки хорошие и разнообразные.Безусловный плюс отеля это месторасположение и еще раз месторасположение. После отдыха на Капри на одну ночь мы остановились опять в этом же отеле.И во второй раз номер конечно оказался значительно хуже .Номер был большой , но при этом высота потолка и своды давили на психику.В целом от отеля благоприятное впечатление . |

the location of hotel was good ,right close to the spanish steps and the shopping area. breakfast was good. the hotel is absolutely was not 4 star as rated in booking.com, i would give 3 or 2 stars. very very small bathroom and toilet . the carpet in the room and the wallpaper was really old and needed change. the bed & mattress was not comfortable. |

The fact that it is a small hotel was one of the reasons we chose to stay here and we were not disappointed at all. The position of the hotel and the staff are all perfect. Breakfast food was excellent with a wide variety. We'll be back! |

Staff was friendly, helpful and speaks English well; Breakfast offered has the best spread we have during our tour of Italy. Location was great; just a short walk to the Metro and Spanish Steps. Bathroom has tub for good warm soak after all the walking in the cold. A bottle of champagne, chocolates and varieties of shower gels were waiting for us when we check-in. Deco in the room was a bit dated. Option to have breakfast at open air terrace would have cost 10Euro per pax which we didn't choose. |

It a very good choice for tour in Rome. The hotel is located next to the Spanish stairs. It in the middle between Coliseum and the Vatican. So, if you stay in this hotel, you can actually see all the most important things of Rome in one day. It is a bit expensive, but definitely worth it, if you run on a tight schedule. And yes the breakfast was the best we ever had in Italy so far. |

Good location, easy to get to the local attractions. Staff was generally unfriendly and service was poor. This is not a four star hotel. We would not stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone. |

The staff was very nice and friendly, breakfast was rich and excellent and the breakfast room is beautiful! Perfect location, right at the top of the Spanish Steps. Room a little bit noisy because located at the 1st floor street front. |
