Location is good (but outside the old town), free parking nearby, very good breakfast, clean and nice-looking rooms The walls are very thin - you can easily hear how your neighbor blowing the nose. A pillows are not comfortable |

A big hotel. The room is close to road, with big noise in whole night. I felt that the staff is not warmly doing something for you, though they will do. |

The room (in the renovated wing) was clean, quiet and spacious. The staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was a shame: no variety and low quality. Internet was expensive: 5 euros for half an hour. |

Good location, just outside the city walls of Siena, so you can come by car and park it close to the hotel, while at the same time it takes you only 15min on foot to get to the main square in the old city core. Nice and clean hotel with moderate prices. |

It was a wonderful hotel! The room and it's bathroom were huge for the price I paid. Everything was clean and nice. I truly recommend! |

The access to the swimming pool was why I decided to book this hotel. And it was worth it, great facility! Very pleasant breakfast area. Friendly staff. Expensive internet but you can use internet facilities in town. The shower provided a massage experience with this high pressure... :-) Great value for money. The air conditioning in my room wasn't working.Don't order a taxi with the hotel - will cost you a fortune! |

Helpful staff, nice room away from the noise of the traffic. Good location (about 15-20 mins walk from the main sights along a pleasant road with good shops and restaurants). Very good breakfast. It was also good to have use of the pool at the nearby garden Hotel. The hotel was situated on a busy main road wit lots of traffic noise. We were able to move from a room at the front to a quieter room in the annexe. I would not have liked to be in a room near the road. Although the hotel is not far from the railway station I suggest a taxi as it is a steep uphill climb all the way to thehotel. |
