Good location close to the city center and the railwaystation.I arrive at night and payed 6 euro taxi, but I live the hotel walking during the day and it was only 10 minutes walking to the station.Excellent breakfast. I stayed in the old part of the Hotel, the cheapest one, and it was absolutely confortable. |

The hotel was in an excellent location for visiting Lucca. A 10 min. stroll had you inside the beautiful walled town. It was very close to the motorway and had excellent parking facilities something that is at a premium in Lucca should you be using a car as we did.The hotel offers comfortable modern rooms with all facilities. Breakfast was good however we would recommend you eat in Lucca itself for other meals where there is a huge choice. We would certainly use the hotel again. |

The hotel was well located, within easy walking distance of all the places of interest in Siena. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Campo, along a fairly level street within the walled area of the city. The rooms are nicely furnished and of a reasonable size. The rate that we had, which included a decent breakfast, represented excellent value for money and I would certainly stay at the hotel again. Like many hotels the walls are not sound proof! |

Good location for Sienna, only about 15-20 mins walk to Piazza Del Campo. Nice Room, clean, breakfast OK but not excellent. Swimming pool in sister hotel about 500m away, free access if guest of Hotel Italia. Car Parking spaces limited, although you can park on neighbouring streets for free. Breakfast OK but repetitive. |

Nice, large bedroom. Great view of the Tuscany landscape from our balcony. Not far from the city center. Not far from the railway station as well, but the walk from there to the hotel is a very steep climb... The bath had no curtain (or any other type of protection), which made it very easy to wet all the bathroom floor. |

It is a very good and elegant hotel very near the centre (10 min walk). Breakfast was very good (fruit, nice coffee). Free parking places are behind the hotel. It was the best 3 star hotel I have ever visited. The photos show the reality. I recommend it to demanding clients. |

Very helpful staff, good room and very nice breakfast. A maintenance man entered the room without knocking and when my wife was still dressing. The hotel needs to train then a bit better. |

Staff was very friendly; the location of the hotel is ideal if you want to visit the city center, which was a nice 20min walk away through the old town breakfast was minimal and the rolls were stale. |

Its excelent hospitality and cosy ambience make you feel very comfortable from the very first moment. It perfectly suits with the city of Siena Althought the parking posts at hotel was for free they were not enough for serving all the customers |
