Location Staff Breakfast
Too much noise from the main road, hence you have to use the air-conditioner if you want a good sleep.
Good location just a few metres away from train station. Excellent staff, clean and comfortable room.
Very handy location near train station and beautifully presented hotel. Very nice and substantial breakfast included. Loved having a bath in an Italian hotel room too! Staff very professional and helpful.
Wi if was extremely frustrating at first but it was a problem with the IVO server and Apple devices. Staff were very helpful in this regard and we eventually got it all working. Pedestrian traffic light was a bit noisy just outside our window.
The room was roomy with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were large. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome. It is easy access to sights and the train station
The wifi is a bit tricky and you had to constantly use a different code.
Perfect hotel, excellent and friendly service, very complete and broad breakfast, hotel in general was recently renovated therefore rooms were immaculate, and with that the price was extremely competitive for a 3 star. Located near the train station, it takes about 15mins to get to piazza del campo (center), however the talk is very pleasant as you get to see different shops and restaurants on the outscurts of the city.
Staff, breakfast was great
Lacks Tuscany views
Lovely breakfast and also very handy location to old town. Also very handy escalator to railway station. Great staff on desk were also very helpful.
Wished we has known about the escalator before arriving at the hotel. Would have made it so much easier getting there.
Great staff, very helpful, good breakfast selection and very clean and comfortable room. Close to station within a short walk to lots of restaurants. Most of the staff spoke English.
Nothing to dislike. Would certainly stay there again.
Locality close to the old city. The friendly helpful staff. That the hotel had secure parking.
Large cars taking up too much space and not being considerate of how they parked ,parking should for small medium cars only. Staff should come out and recommend where to park.
Great location, very friendly, multilingual staff, cleanliness, breakfast
Need a Wifi code for each device, this is not convenient - but not a major problem either. Parking costs 10 Euro (though this was mentioned beforehand).
Choice of breakfast foods was good. Pleasant and comfortable surroundings.
Connecting to wifi is quite frustrating in the Hotel. You need to constantly get vouchers from reception with password numbers, these expire daily.
Warm, very pleasant and very helpful staff both in Reception and at breakfast.Room great, food excellent with terrific service. The hotel is in a good location with a pleasant 20 minute walk to the centre of Siena. Will definitely return to the Hotel Italia.
Right near the train station Staff spoke freak English and were very helpful Breakfast was fantastic - they even catered for gluten free
Lift didn't go to our floor- only a problem with heavy bags
All of it
None of it
Very nice and reliable staff, breakfast was very good and room was clean as well.
The location is perfect: escalators from train station bring you up to the city level and the hotel is just a minute walk from it (do not be confused, the escalator is in the shopping center). Easy and nice walk to the city center, not crouded at all, nice places to rest and bite something (advantange of being outside of the city wall). Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Good advise on the restaurants. Nice breakfast room and very good breakfast buffey. Overall excellent service! We felt we got more for the price we paid. Thanks!
Walls between the rooms are thin.We could hear neighbours. But this is a problem of many hotels in Italy.

This is a very good hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast is great and rooms roomy and well decorated. We stayed for 3 nights and would recommend this hotel to others.
It's a good 20 /25 min walk to main attractions. It's ok going but after a day of sight seeing it's a long haul uphill to get back to the hotel.
The air condition wasn`t working in the first room but after pointing that out we got it changed to a better one at once. Very good breakfast and perfect location for wisting downtown.
QUALITY OF HELP AND FRIENDLINESS OF STAFF.FOOD ON OFFER.LOCATION.WE WOULD RETURN TO THIS HOTEL NO PROBLEM.
The bathroom and bedroom were good sizes. It was quiet.
I did not like that they had already charged the room to my credit card as opposed to just taking a pre authorisation. I had wanted to pay for the room using cash but was not given any choice.
Close to the train station large room clean comfortable
outside the city walls
Everything was fantastic, the breakfast 1st class with a big selection of food. Easy to get to from the train station using the escalators. Thank you
