The staff very helpful and polite, the room is clean and have a good view.
When you dirve its very hard to getting there. A bit noisy.
Most of the aspects
Shower not too practical
Wi-fi service was not good. Room was noisy and bed was not comfortable.
Location of hotel to public transportation and sites
Near to the train station. There was a wide selection of food a breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.
The distance from the hotel to the city centre was a little far. We were a couple aged 36 and 40 and we found the long walk twice a day tiring - I think older couples may struggle with it.
Great location near the train station. Staff were really nice. Good breakfast too.
Some noise from outside.
Parking places in the backyard. However subject to availability so it might be an idea to arrive in good time. Walking to the absolute centre of Siena, Campo, takes abour 20 minutes.
The rooms facing to the main street might be a little noisy, however we got managed to change the room facing the backyard.
Front desk staff excellent, very helpful.
Location. Breakfast. Easy walk to the city centre.
Spacious room. Great breakfast.
Wifi Parking / booking said we would have parking. Street noise.
The staff was excellent. Cristina helped us plan a country trip and it was terrific.
Air conditioning and wifi were only fair.
Very professional and helpful staff. Great breakfast and they hadAmerican coffee pot! :). Very close walk to the train station and only about 15 minutes walk to downtown Siena!
Great location with a pleasant walk into the centre of Siena. Staff were very helpful and friendly and recommended an excellent restaurant. We will be back!
2 ladies working front desk when we arrived were very helpful. A+ for day team.
Night staff was not helpful. C-.
Friendly, comfortable and convenient for visiting Siena. Parking cost extra but useful to have that option. Breakfast buffet was ok. Room was good.
Very helpful personnel, big room with great terrace, good breakfast.
No negative to say!
Although not in the center of Siena, it is convenient to both the train station and the center of town. When we decided we wanted to stay another night in Siena, the staff offered us the junior suite. At $160, it cost more than the other room, but was spacious, quiet, witha nice view and a comfortable bed. Then, when we needed a place to store our packs while we went cycling for 3 days, the staff arranged to keep them in the managers office, as they have no other space for luggage storage.
Hotel Italia was just outside the city wall, so easy to walk. There is some parking in the hotel, but if full you can usually park outside. The staff were excellent and rooms lovely. The breakfast lots to chose from and as much as you can eat. Siena is amazing, a must see city!!!
Location Staff Breakfast
Too much noise from the main road, hence you have to use the air-conditioner if you want a good sleep.
Good location just a few metres away from train station. Excellent staff, clean and comfortable room.
Outstanding breakfast All staff were very helpful Small but good room with balcony to which we were upgraded when we arrived - lovely surprise Will be going again
Had to use hotel's wifi as this did not work with our tablet. (Tablet worked well in other hotels).
Very handy location near train station and beautifully presented hotel. Very nice and substantial breakfast included. Loved having a bath in an Italian hotel room too! Staff very professional and helpful.
Wi if was extremely frustrating at first but it was a problem with the IVO server and Apple devices. Staff were very helpful in this regard and we eventually got it all working. Pedestrian traffic light was a bit noisy just outside our window.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is also quite good, about 10-15 min walk to old town
Prices for WiFi are ridiculous
The room was roomy with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were large. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome. It is easy access to sights and the train station
The wifi is a bit tricky and you had to constantly use a different code.
