Our room (number 6) was lovely, spacious and charmingly decorated. Location is excellent: a small and quiet side street that is only 10-15 minutes walk from most key things to visit in the city (Duomo, etc.).

An occasional weird noise coming from next room's AC unit. Beware of rooms on the ground floor that open straight onto the patio (and thus the breakfast area).

    Spacious room.

Witch cost a lot. Aperol spritz is 8euro.

    Beautiful decor and boutique feel.

Breakfast could have been better however I think it is generally the continental style so nothing specific to J&J

This is a BEAUTIFUL property!! Staff is extremely professional and gracious.

The property boasted "satellite" television, therefore we were lead to believe that there would be English speaking television channels. There was only one, CNN... which was great ... but no movie channels in English.

Room size, quietness, near the city centre and shopping area. Staff were friendly.

No elevators, food is not allowed in the room, no iron, no kettle. No wireless only cable.

Located within walking distance to most major galleries and shops.

Poor value for money, query 4* rating.

Quite charming hotel. Huge rooms in a typical Firenze style. Excellent value for money also.

Staff at breakfast was more busy talking than tending to the tables. Otherwise no significant negative points.

I liked a lot the traditional atmosphere inside and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately I was there end of July and even if there was a air condition in the room, it was very old and almost always the room was very hot. I said to the reception about it but the couldn't do something. The breakfast veeeeeery poor comparing to the money that we were paying every day.

We had the top suite and it was ridiculously large! Beautiful, spacious with a large balcony. Location was great - 10 minute walk to the Duomo and David. Wonderful breakfast. Staff was very helpful. Very clean.
