A warm welcome, a breakfast of very good quality (rather untypical for Italy), a special atmosphere. The hotel is a quiet island in a very touristy city. If you are looking for something different without renouncing a good service, this is absolutely the right place. |

Prachtige kamer, stijlvol ingericht. Prima locatie op loopafstand van de dom en palazzo vecchio, door leuke straten met kleine winkeltjes en ateliers. Parkeren bij het hotel kost 30,- extra. Het zou goed zijn om dat ergens te vermelden op de site! |

Es un hotel muy especial, su arquitectura es agradable y tiene un estilo muy cuidado. La ubicación es excelente y el trato del personal muy bueno. Es de pocas habitaciones lo que lo hace muy romántico y agradable. Aceptan animales y además nos dieron una habitación con acceso a terraza, algo muy agradable para nuestra mascota. El desayuno no está a la altura del resto del hotel. también observamos que tardan mucho en recoger las mesas del desayuno y demás restos que quedan después de tomarse algo la gente, esto no da un buen efecto. Cuando llegamos internet no funcionaba y tardaron más de un día en repararlo, no obstante en todo momento se disculparon y nos mantenían informados, en cuanto se reparó nos avisaron de inmediato. |

L'accueil et la décoration . un peu sonore pour la chambre 11 le jour ou nous y étions(les petits talons au dessus de nos têtes tard le soir et tôt le matin).Il serait aussi préférable de proposer du thé d'une qualité supérieure en mousseline plutôt qu'en sachet . |

Le personnel est très professionnel et très gentil. Il parle facilement la langue des clients (italien français et anglais). Il est à l'écoute des demandes et le service est personnalisé. le système de climatisation est beaucoup trop bruyant. Lors de notre séjour, nous avions une suite. Super! Sauf que nous avons très mal dormi: sous la fenêtre de la chambre il y avait les moteurs des clims de l'hôtel. Même en éteignant les 3 clims (3!!!!) de la chambre, les moteurs se mettaient en marche toue la nuit. Dommage... alors qu'il n'y a rien à redire sur tout le reste |

El hotel está a 5 minutos del centro. el personal es muy atento y las habitaciones son muy confortables. Es un hotel que está dentro de un pequeño palacio lo que hace que sea diferente y especial. Si volvemos a Florencia sin duda volveremos a este hotel. |

Hübsches Hotel mit nettter Einrichtung in einem schönen alten Haus Der Service war teilweise etwas lieblos, z.B. die Frühstückstisch wurde nicht abgeräumt oder die Blumen ware nicht sonderlich gepflegt. |
