Pakene Firenzen vilkkaimpia turistikohteita ja kävele 10 minuutin matka Santa Maria del Fiore -katedraalilta Hotel J and J -hotelliin, jossa voit nauttia mukavasta majoituksesta 1500-luvun firenzeläisessä luostarissa. Tämä ylellinen mutta omaleimainen boutique-hotelli sijaitsee rauhallisella sivukadulla Firenzen Santa Crocen alueella, ja siellä on vielä alkuperäisiä freskoja ja antiikkia. Hotel J and J:n sisäpihalla on kauniita vanhoja pylväitä ja lähde, ja siellä voit nauttia aamiaisen tai rentouttavan aperitiivin. Kaunis hotelli, persoonalliset huoneet, viihtyisät yleiset tilat. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja hotellin sijainti oli hyvä. Huone oli erittäin kylmä, ilmeisesti ennätyskylmästä säästä johtuen. Vaihdoimme huonetta ja uudessa huoneessa lämpöä riitti.

the hotel staff, was excellent!!! (marco) everyone spoke english and was very helpful anytime we needed anything. the room was very large and very clean, the shower was the best. we were in italy for 2 weeks and by far this was the best hotel for the money, when in florence we will always stay at the J&J rey and angela no complaints

Hotel J & J was distinctive, stylish, comfortable and welcoming. We would need to go back to fully appreciate that all the rooms are unique and would readily do so. Courteous and efficient staff coupled with good food and surroundings added to our very favourable opinion of Florence,

Good location and helpful staff yet hotel is in need of a major renovation. We found J & J Hotel not appealing and being that we were on honeymoon not a good romantic option also a poor value for money.

Has the potential to be a great find.. Converted convent provides interesting setup and spaces but somehow they do not pull it off..its a shame should be great Its quite a hike up lots of stairs to some of the rooms..be in shape if you book here..

I am ok with this hotel, staff is better than other Italy hotel. However, location is bit far and very difficult to find. Room is clean but facility is old. Breakfast is just ok. I will try to find another near the old town next time

The hotel was the cutest charming little hotel very close to the centre of Florence and located a block away from one of the most happening squares with lots of bars and the best restaurant to eat - CIBERO..They had free wine and snacks in the evening and the guests at the hotel were very friendly.. Totally recommend it for a relaxed holiday.. They had no internet access and the lighting in the rooms was fairly dim for my liking.. But the central courtyard in the hotel is the best place to relax..

We stayed in a suite which was extremely charming: two floors, private terrasse on the roof, big corner for our baby to move around... The staff is extremely helpful and very polite. We got good restaurants recommendations. The j&j was apparently renewed recently and one can only say that this is a real success. A boutique hotel to recommend to any kind of travellers.

I liked the staff, the location, the breakfast. the bathtub in our junior suite was for show it did not work the hotel rugs look like they need a good cleaning for the price we paid per night

Molto accogliente, curato, personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima posizione a pochi passi dal Duomo, ma allo stesso tempo silenzioso. Molto suggestivo...era un antico monastero e mantiene delle caratteristiche che lo ricordano, percio' risulta un luogo particolare, romantico e "misterioso"! Sala colazione piccola e curata.ottima qualità dei prodotti. Abbiamo cambiato stanza il secondo giorno poichè la doccia era praticamente inagibile: l'acqua usciva con il contagocce, l'asse non era ben fissata ed era fredda...sia l'acqua che l'ambiente. Il personale ha immediatamente provveduto al cambio di stanza, ma credo che un disagio di questo genere sia inammisibile in un hotel a 4 stelle.

Sehr persönliche Atmosphäre, viel Charme, sehr große Zimmer, sehr zentrale aber doch sehr ruhige Lage Internet ohne Kosten aber immer zeitlich limitiert und nur funktionell im Lobbybereich - Parkmöglichkeiten nur entfernt - Für große Autos sehr enge Zufahrtstrassen zum Hotel.

Отличный отель, очень хочется вернуться и пожить там еще:) Крайне медленный интернет, который присутствует только в лобби, и пуделя хозяйки я бы не пустил даже на коврик в прихожей, не говоря уже про диваны в лобби.

Le camere strd non sono all'altezza di un 4 stelle. Il personale si è dimostrato poco disponibile e non sempre cordiale. Complessivamente non tornerei in questo Hotel. Sito internet dell'albergo non corrisponde a quello che abbiamo trovato.

Un hôtel luxieux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Un ancien couvent plein de charme. Une suite spacieuse et calme Un manque de convivialité dans l'accueil et globalement lors du séjour.Peu d'intérêt montré au client. Aucun "geste" de bienvenue dans la suite: pas de bouteille d'eau, pas de fruits...Aucune question à la fin sur "comment s'était passé" notre séjour. Un personnel qui ne fidélise pas ses clients

Hôtel vraiment charmant et bien placé (à 5 minutes du Duomo). Personnel très cordial et serviable (et francophone). Apéritif offert tous les soirs :) Chambre pas extrêmement bien isolée : la tv des voisins semblait se trouver dans notre chambre la première nuit...

Das Hotel ist bemüht um seine Gäste. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig (60 bis 100 qm) und angemessen möbliert, wobei man nicht erwarten darf, dass die teils "antiken" Möbel restauriert sind. Das Frühstück kann man gut 3 Tage aushalten. Kein Fahrstuhl, teils enge Treppen, kein Restaurant;
