For my modest (< E150 per night) budget I was given a huge two level luxury suite, with internal balcony. It was the most attractive hotel 'room' I have ever stayed in. My suite was so impressive I had to give several friends a tour. The other accommodation in the hotel is also of a high standard, and bearing in mind the hotel's central location it is very quiet.

A small point but important. I am an architect and I found that the designer bathroom looked good but was not completely practical. With regard to the bath /shower; it was difficult to shower properly without wetting the bath mat and floor. It would be a simple matter to provide an additional sliding screen, or curtain, without spoiling the design concept.

Room and shared areas very nicely decorated, staff very friendly and helpful. Well located, 10 min walking from Il Dumo and other main attractions.

Boutique historic hotel near to the city center having a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.

The room we received was quite nice but rather simple with hardly any day light. Rooms photographed in the internet and in the hotel brochure appear much more luxurious. I was not aware if there were different room categories.

u.a. die Lage - sämtlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten in max. 20 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Besonders zu vorkommendes Personal. Alles in allem *****

All'arrivo in hotel ho chiesto di prevedere l'emissione finale della fattura e non mi è stata segnalata nessuna difficoltà nel predisporla (ci mancherebbe....) e il giorno della partenza mi è stato riferito che essendo stato addebitato all'atto della prenotazione tramite carta di credito non potevano farmi fattura ma solo ricevuta (tra l'altro già emessa). Chiaramente era solo un loro problema amministrativo, ma non c'è stato verso di accontentare la mia richiesta, tra l'altro legittima. Non ci tornerò mai più e consiglio alla proprietà di informare I suoi dipendenti sui modi di gestione ottimale con la clientela soprattutto alla reception visto che dovrebbe essere un hotel 4 stelle

интерьер прекрасный. но, тем, кому это неважно, лучше выбрать другой отель, т.к. будут раздражать и колебания древних деревянных перекрытий, и шаги голубей на черепичной крыше, отсутствие лифта при высоких межэтажных пролетах и крутые ступени. зато дух времени непередаваемый! удобное месторасположение. недалеко от основных достопримечательностей, но не в туристическом районе.

очень скудные завтраки!!! нет даже элементарной моцареллы с помидорами.

отель - интересная смесь флорентийской и идийской культуры. номера большие (мы жили в номере на третьем этаже ~ 60 кв.м.) полулюкс. все убранство, ковры, мебель индийские. номера не новые, но все чисто и ухожено. отель находится в 10 минутной доступности от центра флоренции. на улице перед отелем вечером грязновато - скапливается мусор. но ночью чистильщики все убирают. в целом все неплохо. завтраки однообразные, но достаточные, чтобы выбрать по вкусу необходимое.

на завтрак можно было бы и жарить яйца. омлет порошковый. WiFi работает только н ресепшене - ужасно не удобно. для плучения доступа нужен логин и пароль, который работает только с одним мас-адресом. если у вас несколько устройств берите сразу 5-6 паролей.

Luxe, calme et volupté de la suite... Juste immense (c'est la chambre sur la photo...) !!! Tout l'effet médiéval de Florence ramassé dans une chambre et dans cet ancien monastère impeccablement, magnifiquement transformé en hôtel...

Simplement l'absence de grand miroir pour s'habiller (mais le personnel toujours très serviable devrait a priori corriger le tir...). Tout petit bémol aussi sur le petit-déjeuner qui pourrait être meilleur...

La chambre avec mezzanine très spacieuse, avec une déco adaptée et originale qui offre un confort de séjour très appréciable. Le petit déjeuner délicieux. Le calme : aucun bruit en plein centre ville.

Pas de wifi dans la chambre a l'arrivée la chambre ne correspondait pas à celle réservée mais à une catégorie inférieure, après en avoir avisé la réception le problème a immédiatement été corrigé.

Romantico cortile interno. Romantica la vista sui tetti di Firenze. Struttura in posizione centralissima.

Troppe scale. Nessun ascensore. Suite troppo fredda. Bagni suite angusti. Colazione scarsa. Pavimento suite traballante ad ogni passo.

classe, charme, in centro città, elegante, ogni camera ha qualcosa di speciale.... hotel adatto per momenti particolari

soffitti in legno, se sopra si alzano presto addio sonno
