Hotel J and J  

the hotel staff, was excellent!!! (marco) everyone spoke english and was very helpful anytime we needed anything. the room was very large and very clean, the shower was the best. we were in italy for 2 weeks and by far this was the best hotel for the money, when in florence we will always stay at the J&J rey and angela

Has the potential to be a great find.. Converted convent provides interesting setup and spaces but somehow they do not pull it off..its a shame should be great

Its quite a hike up lots of stairs to some of the rooms..be in shape if you book here..

I am ok with this hotel, staff is better than other Italy hotel. However, location is bit far and very difficult to find. Room is clean but facility is old. Breakfast is just ok. I will try to find another near the old town next time

We stayed in a suite which was extremely charming: two floors, private terrasse on the roof, big corner for our baby to move around... The staff is extremely helpful and very polite. We got good restaurants recommendations. The j&j was apparently renewed recently and one can only say that this is a real success. A boutique hotel to recommend to any kind of travellers.

Molto accogliente, curato, personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima posizione a pochi passi dal Duomo, ma allo stesso tempo silenzioso. Molto suggestivo...era un antico monastero e mantiene delle caratteristiche che lo ricordano, percio' risulta un luogo particolare, romantico e "misterioso"! Sala colazione piccola e curata.ottima qualità dei prodotti.

Abbiamo cambiato stanza il secondo giorno poichè la doccia era praticamente inagibile: l'acqua usciva con il contagocce, l'asse non era ben fissata ed era fredda...sia l'acqua che l'ambiente. Il personale ha immediatamente provveduto al cambio di stanza, ma credo che un disagio di questo genere sia inammisibile in un hotel a 4 stelle.

Крайне медленный интернет, который присутствует только в лобби, и пуделя хозяйки я бы не пустил даже на коврик в прихожей, не говоря уже про диваны в лобби.

Servizio ottimo,la stanza era molto accogliente ma fin troppo riscaldata!Buona la posizione : silenziosa ma in centro a pochi passi da tutti i monumenti. Colazione migliorabile Staff molto cordiale

Très bel endroit, très romanique dans une belle demeur historique

Un hôtel luxieux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Un ancien couvent plein de charme. Une suite spacieuse et calme

Un manque de convivialité dans l'accueil et globalement lors du séjour.Peu d'intérêt montré au client. Aucun "geste" de bienvenue dans la suite: pas de bouteille d'eau, pas de fruits...Aucune question à la fin sur "comment s'était passé" notre séjour. Un personnel qui ne fidélise pas ses clients

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel

Nous avons eu froid la nuit et le fait d'avoir une baignoire dans la chambre nous a semblé tout à fait incongru

Das Hotel ist bemüht um seine Gäste. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig (60 bis 100 qm) und angemessen möbliert, wobei man nicht erwarten darf, dass die teils "antiken" Möbel restauriert sind. Das Frühstück kann man gut 3 Tage aushalten.

Kein Fahrstuhl, teils enge Treppen, kein Restaurant;
