ホテルはキレイで、室内も快適でした。 街の中心からは多少遠いです。あと、冷房の温度調整ができないので、不便でした。 |

everything was good,nice. it is near the istoric center,15-20 minutes walking. perfect to stay, while you are in a city trip. i could hear noises from the other room,(laughing. etc..) but not so loud |

Excellent hotel we liked every thing in this hotel.The breakfast was excellent they served very good variety and enough quantities.Staff were very friendly and helpful.very clean room it was cleaned everyday.Very quiet and peacful area it was a bit far from city centre but this is a real advantage coz u can explore a new area in the city it an extra 10 minutes by the arno.overall very good place and we want to go there again Very small room and staff didnt speak good english |

Location is decent - 15 -20 min walk from the Duomo. Hotel was nice- clean, nice shower, free wifi. Breakfast was so-so. |

Hotel is quite nice, there are some good italian restoraunts near it. Location: 20 min walk from town centre, but if you arrive on the train station, you should take bus. |

Some staffs from the reception were very helpfull. Very clean room. Restaurants, markets, bus stop near by Internet wireless didn't work |

The garage that one can reserve is a bit strange, yo always have to ask them for the key it is a bit limited freedom with it |

Mosquitos - quite a few were found smashed (by guests previously using the room) on the walls of the room. 10 mosquitos were found and eliminated with great effort within first 2 hours of stay. After that we never dared to open any window. The management should arrange anti-mosquito nets on all windows. Wireless Internet - not always operational. |

Bathroom was great for this price range in Italy, bed was comfortable, room was spacious, breakfast was adequate. No parking available, despite what it says on the website; I was told they were full, but there were not many guests. |

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The boisterous unfriendly breakfast lady who just wanted her shift to be over and made us feel very unwelcomed. |

The hotel room was small but very clean, new towels everyday, polite front staff, cold air conditioning, decent breakfast, close to bus stop to city center It was a pretty far walk from the city center, especially in the hot month of August. About a 30 minute walk, and we walk pretty fast. But the hotel was less than a block away from a bus stop that took you to the city center in 10 minutes on an airconditioned bus. |

the hotel had a good price and fair quality. the receptionist had a little problem with english. the breakfast was ok, but not enough staff to refill and clean the tables fast enough. |

room was very nice, bath room was a bit cramped but very good, good shower. Staff were helpful, the hotel is close to the center and map provided was very helpful. it is also close to a supermarket which saves some money the coffee at breakfast was interesting... |

The wireless internet access, large flat screen T.V., clean room, accommodating staff and quiet surroundings made our stay comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was standard but sufficient. Price was very reasonable and the distance from tourist sites was as advertised (10-15 min walk). Very small shower was somewhat difficult to navigate. The room decor was a bit mismatched, with modern looking appliances (tv, chandelier) conflicting with worn pink wallpaper and slightly tacky fake marble wall hangings. |
