location, cleanliness, breakfast staff, The elevator broke, being on the 5th floor (plus the breakfast room was on floor -1) it was a lot of steps to the top. It took days to have it fixed. |

The hotel was wonderful. We were given a room with a million dollar view. Great location. Our host on the desk, Enrico, was marvelous. He recommended two restaurants to us. We ate at both and they were fantastic. He also provided us with several other local bits of information. He even made a mocha for my wife in the morning even though he really didn"t know the ingredients! He make the stay memorable. We loved our stay. |

Magnificent view from rooms.Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is well located as base for visit to Assisi. Apart from basic continental breakfast, no food available. Tea/coffee making facilities in room would be helpful. Luggage has to be carried up steep steps to hotel entrance - may be problem for elderly/infirm. No parking. |

We had a room with an excellent view. The staff were very kind. We went a nice restaurant on their reccommendation. The hotel is very nice. Just one thing. The names of the street, which leads to the hotel seems to have changed. Since it was up-road, we became very anxious with our heavy suitcases. In fact, it was straight -forwad to find the hotel. If the street (Via G.P.Nicolini?) chosen from P.Unita D'Italia is correct, you'll soon see the name of the hotel on a big board on the left hand side. A clear direction with an update map will help their guests. |

The hotel is very charming, the room is small but comfortable, the staff are great, free internet, the breakfast is simple but very good, the parking is near of hotel however is paid and the price is fair. The best choice. The parking is paid however in Assisi is not allowed to enter cars. |

closeness to the sites in Assisi they wanted you to park the car about 10 mins away and carry your luggage to the hotel. Also, until 10pm in was noisy in the hotel. |

Lovely hotel in a wonderful town. The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming (especially Gabriela). Even though we were on the ground floor, we had a great view, and we loved the atmosphere. Breakfast was a little basic, and you had to walk up a long flight of stairs to get to the hotel entrance - not a huge problem, but I wouldn't recommend it to elderly people or people with mobility issues. |

Friendly welcome, and great views from the rooms. Very well positioned to walk around Assisi. Finding parking was difficult until you understood the layout of Assisi and the transfer to the hotel was a walk in heat! |

Excellent location; fair price; free LAN/WLAN poor breakfast (no buffet - fruit+croissant+cappuccino served); no parking facilities (need to leave your car in a parking lot outside city walls - about 10 Euro/24hrs): no international TV channels (CNN only English channel) |

Very friendly staff - plenty of information about local amenities, places to visit and eat; Airconditioning and room - excellent. Breakfast, although fresh, was a little limited in scope, especially for non-bread eaters, (allergic to yeast and so restricted to fruit). |

The staff are friendly here and very helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was brand new which in the centre of cities on a budget appears to be rare. |

magnificent and quiet place in the centro storico, quick payments service, small but nice room, good working air con, breakfast on the terrace with great view, friendly and generous staff (they let us park the 2 motorbikes in front of the hotel - exceptionally) poor english, small breakfast (typical italian). attention! there are definititely no parking spaces nearby the hotel. official parcheggio is a long footwalk afar and -note!- assisi is not a flat city and the temperature is ... well, it was end of july! :-) |

Hotel location in very central position and city centre within walking distance. Staff were very gentle and extremely helpful. Hotel room was good size with a nicely spik and span bathroom with a good size shower. Room had a window overlooking terrace with a great view. Excellent internet connection. The only disadvantage is that to reach reception desk there are few steps which means carrying up your luggage.....but that is assisi ....lots of steps and steap hills. |
