The staff were super friendly and very helpful. We upgraded to a junior suite, which was musty - we had to ask for the AC to be turned on, but that helped. The amenities and space were definately not worth the money, but the hotel is fine for a single night travel bridge. We would not recommend it for much more, though. |

Excellent location,quiet but still very close to anything,splendid view from the room.Very friendly staff and warm atmosphere. Breakfast choice somewhat limited and breakfast place too cramped. |

Lovely friendly staff, beautiful clean room overlooking gorgeous Umbrian countryside, nice breakfasts, fab location in the heart of old Assisi, close to bus stop, excellent restaurants, cathedrals, etc etc, loved our stay here. Thanks so much. |

Location Having breakfast in the passage right next to rooms. Why could they not serve on the terrace outside, both nornings were gorgeous. Rooms are not noise proof. People coming in late at night could be heard from room 3 as they opened the front door. |

Great, warm and friendly atmosphere, with nice rooms offering a beautiful view. What more can one ask for in a hotel? This is not a 5-star hotel, but in many ways I prefer this type of family-run hotel, even if it is 3-stars. |

Quiet room with all the basic facilities in the heart of Assisi and a nice breakfast as well. Ifelt it was value for money. The parking arrangements because the hotel staff member on duty could not speak English and could not explain what we had to do. |

Good position; reception staff very helpful; huge balcony; better breakfast choice than many similar Italian hotels. Breakfast felt rather rushed, in a very cramped space, and the waitress barked out orders to the guests ('One cappucino! One tea!') |

The location was excellent. Minutes from main attractions. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The price was perfect. Rooms are small. Felt more like a bed & breakfast then a hotel. Breakfast consists of fruit, croissant, and roll (would have liked more of a selection). |

This was a wonderful place to stay. Our room had a beautiful view of the Umbrian countryside and had a terrific view of the stars. I highly recommend it. But bring your own cork screw - that's my only warning. |

The owner and staff were lovely and helpful. Good coffee in the morning for breakfast. Well situated to walk through Assisi. Room had a nice view of the countryside. |
