The area around the hotel in Mestre is very nice. Easy to go to Venice by bus. The hotel is very clean and you feel welcomed. It,s an old hotel..no elevator; so you carry your luggage on the upper floors; the shower in my room was ridiculously small. The breakfast room is very small too and crowded with too many tables. The breakfast is minimal, don,t expect anything hot or toasts. And the coffee: absolutely tasteless!!! very surprising for Italy....

This hotel was excellent!!! I can't say enough good things about our stay. The breakfast was great. The staff were super friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Our room which was a family apartment which consisted of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom was very spacious. Since we are a family of 5, we always have problems finding rooms in Europe, so we were thrilled to have such wonderful accomodations! The bus is literally across the street. A yummy gelato place is just down from the hotel. Probably the best part was we came back to the hotel the night before Easter, and there was a huge chocolate egg in our room for our kids! What great customer service!

Hotel Kappa was great for a weekend trip to Venice. We needed a room for a family of five people and a place to park. The bus to Venice was easy -- remember to ask where to get off when you return home. :-) Hillary and Carlo who work the front desk are wonderful. They were exceedingly friendly and helpful. They recommended a perfect family restaurant within easy walking distance and the most economical way for to use buses and boats to see Venice. The breakfast was excellent with everything a family with teenage boys could want from eggs and yogurt to cereal and unlimited cappuccino. We were in room 302 and the bathroom was plenty big. The church bells, if you hear them, add to the ambiance of the stay.

Compared to the prices of hotels in Venice, Hotel Kappa was more reasonably priced. While it was 25-30 minutes away from Venice center on a bus, the bus was very close to the hotel and tickets could be purchased at the hotel. We thought the hotel was clean, breakfast was above average, and the beds were more comfortable than any others in Italy (and we stayed in 6 different hotels). We stayed in their upstairs apartment and were very comfortable as a family of 5 - we had room to spread out and had the upstairs to ourselves. Definitely recommended for families. While we enjoyed our breakfast, my husband would prefer something warm served for breakfast like an egg dish.

Very friendly staff. Clean and cozy hotel. Nice breakfast and a good price. After a week in Italy for work/pleasure (and staying in 5 star hotels), this was my favorite. Welcoming staff that were always happy to help. Of course, it is located outside of main Venice, but that is why I selected it. Not so much a complaint, just a fact. I would still stay here rather than ini Venice given another chance.

This is an accommodating hotel. They went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I moved rooms on a moment's notice, the pricing adjustments were fair as well.

The location was great. The breakfast was just as excellent. The staff was nice, friendly and very informative! We enjoyed having plenty of beds as well as the two flat screen tv's. That was a plus for the children. This hotel needs a facelift. The carpets throughout the hotel looked a bit dirty. The bed spreads were very outdated. However, this hotels finer points made up for the lack of "freshness" you initially feel after checking in. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

El autobus a venecia para al lado. La ubicación es realmente lejana, son 30 min de autobus hasta la plaza de roma, y el autobus no es que vaya lleno, es que no se cabe. De plaza de roma a San Marcos son unos 30 min con lo que pierdes una hora en ir y otra para volver. Las duchas son minúsculas, 50cm*50cm Había hormigas en la habitación.

снимали аппартаменты на 4 взрослых и ребенка. состоят из двух комнат: просторной и малюсенькой. все скромно, чисто и уютно. есть терасса.завтрак очень простенький. два минуса: кондиционеры работают очень слабо. в начале мая мы уже "задыхались", т.к. аппартаменты сделаны фактически на чердаке и при работающем кондее в +25 жарко невыносимо. думаю, в июле-августе находиться в номере будет просто невозможно. нет герметизации в ванне. когда принимаешь душ-вся вода на полу. и важный момент: до венеции ехать не 15 минут (как написано в рекламке отеля), а 25.

La mabilitat de la recepcionista, parla bastant be l'español, el buffet de l'asmorzar correcte, vaix poder triar entre tres habitacions, pro ni aixi el confort va ser bo,suposo que si mages tocat alguna de las de les fotos auria sigut diferent, la ubicacio amb l'autobus cap a venezia a 100 metres. Per a una persona sols una mica mes gran de tamany que jo, no es podra dutxar, no hi cabra en la mini-dutxa, les toballoles son de papel debut al desgast,no vaig poder deixar el cotxe al parking tot I que u possa a la reserva, el pitxor hotel de totes les vacances.

Для желающих посетить Венецию это отличный вариант . Остановка автобуса в 100 м, через 25 минут Вы в Венеции. Отель находиться в тихом , спокойном месте. Сам отель заслуживает самых лучших рекомендаций!

Aangename ontvangst.alle personeel behulpzaam gedurende ons verblijf. Goed ontbijt. Nette, schone kamer. Om venetië te bezoeken goede start locatie, bushalte op 200 meter, rechtstreekse lijn. Rustige, nette gedeelte van Mestre.

Ll personale della reception molto disponibile e cordiale.La posizione dell'hotel strategica in quanto è situato vicino alla fermata del bus, il quale raggiunge sia la stazione dei treni che il centro di Venezia. Le camere accoglienti e confortevoli, e nella struttura si poteva usufruire della connessione Wi-Fi gratuita.

Achei o hotel simples, mas bem aconchegante. O cafe da manha tambem eh bem servido. A uns 50 mtrs passa o onibus que te deixa dentro de Veneza, mas como ele para muito, demora uns 20/25 min para chegar. No geral, gostei muito! Tem uns barzinhos e restaurantes em Mestre bem legais tb! Achei as recepcionistas meio mal informadas, nao sabiam dar muitas dicas.....

Atmosfera cordiale, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima la colazione, buona la posizione, centrale, vicina alla chiesa e all'autobus per Venezia. Con l'abbonamento ai trasporti pubblici, giornaliero o per più giorni, che si può acquistare nella vicina edicola, si prende il bus + il vaporetto e si raggiungono anche le isole. Abbiamo dimenticato l'automobile e viaggiato per tre giorni così. Fatevi consigliare dal personale per il ristorante. Ne vale la pena. Siamo stati pienamente soddisfatti. Grazie e arrivederci

Pequeno almoço variado e completo ( como por exemplo o capuccino e o chocolate quente muito bons, bolo caseiro ovos cozidos , etc.) O parque é pago e oferece pouco estacionamento. A entrada para o parque é apertada para monovolumes e estando carros estacionados perto da entrada ainda é pior.

El personal te atiende muy bien. Todo es muy limpio y ordenado. El hotal no es moderno pero esta en perfecto estado. Los baños eran modernos. El desayuno fue muy bueno. Por la esquina pasa el bus que te lleva y te trae de Venecia. En la recepcion venden los tickets. Se puede estacionar en la calle lateral en forma libre.
