The hotel was centrally located to the Duomo, the Castle, and a Metro station was nearby. The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and it made my stay a very pleasant one. Overall a good experience and I would stay there again when in Milan |

The people there were very nice and helpful ,especialy as I was there on my birthday and they send me a bottle of shampaine in the room as a gift from the Hotel Management. The hotel is very well located,10 min by foot to the Duomo. The lifts are not that big,but I guess this is hard to change now:) |

Hotel is situated close to Duomo and all other city atractions. Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom also, the staff quite nice and friendly. |

location paper thin walls, could hear all conversations from rooms of the same floor, upper and lower. Shower was tiny and what's more, could hear other people showering as if they were in my room. Did not get a wink of sleep. Receptionist kept our passports for a very long time and said they were not ready when asked upon matter. |

the room was clean with quite luxury equipments, good rate if you book well in advance (~80€/night for a double). Very good service the room was really small for a 4 star hotel but its the standard for Milan, also the elevator was narrow |

it was very close to most of milan's main places like duomo and cadorna station. the hotel was nice, clean, the staff was excellent. but it is certanly not a four star hotel. should be three star. the safety box in the room was not working and the there was a hot water problem in the room.but in general it was ok. |

the location: downtown, tram by the door, verything at a walking distance, free bicycles to visit the city, discount in a parking nearby bad noise isolation between bathrooms: the people nextdoor seemed to be in our room! |

Location is the strongest thing about the hotel. The entrance hall is cluttered and decorated with old, dusty artificial flowers! :-( Breakfast is poor and rationed! Hotel parking is expensive plus far and difficult to drive to/from. |
