Very well situated: very close to the city center, very close to the Cadorna Station which connects Milan with Malpensa Airport in 30 min. Very clean! The most clean hotel I have ever been...!!! Big and spacious rooms! Everything works perfectly: Clima, hot/cold water, tv, well equiped mini bar!!! A real 4 stars room! You have to try the panini at the bar "Ai Tre morsi" just arround the corner!!!! Breakfast too early!!!!!! For two days I preferred not to have breakfast and wake up a bit later than 09:30!!!!!!! Very noisy: not good isolation from the main street which is really noisy! |

The location is perfect: it takes less than 10min. walking to get to Duomo. The staff is polite and their English is good enough, understandable (but that's with the most milanese). The oldfashion trams in front of the hotel will get you almost everywhere in a short amount of time. So get a multiple urban ticket. The hotel decoration is too much! It's if your staying at a 17th century hotel. But that could be positive as well. The rooms are very small. The bathroom and especially the shower included! You're just paying for the central location. |

The central location and the 24 hour reception suited our requirements. If expense is not an issue then fine. It was very expensive. |

The staff was helpful. I choose this hotel because of the special price I found on booking.com and I did like the excellent position in the city centrei, t's a good place for a couple of nights although I wouldn't pay full price. My single room at the second floor had the air conditioning machines just outside the windows so I couldn't keep the windows open. Perhaps the rooms on higher floors don't have the same problem. |

The hotel is situated perfectly in the city center, in walking distance to the main attractions in town. The rooms were clean and nicely airconditioned. Good value for the money. |

Near city center, lift and good services. Good price for 1 night. Small and modest for a 4-stars hotel. |

Italians are not the best host. I understand that a job in the service industry is hard but I have learned that if you don't like what you do, you most change. The staff is not friendly at all and at some point not very polite. |

Our room was large, clean and very comfortable. AC worked very well. Parking in a locked lot is available for 25 euros/day, which is about two blocks away. Hotel staff were rude and condescending. |

I won't stay at this hotel anymore if i go to Milan again. It's quite far from the Duomo, not as near as stated.Besides, the service is very poor. The room is very very small and not clean.I really can't believe that this is so called 3/4 stars hotel,it not worth any star, feel like being cheated.I very not satisfy with this hotel.I strongly not recommend any one to stay at this hotel. |

The hotel was located close to all main sightseeing places. Surroundings of the hotel was really nice. The employees at the reseption area were really unpolite. The walls were really thin, you could basicly hear everything. We had to pay five euros extra per night because we had a kitten with us. |

Good price and location. Easy 5 min stroll from Station and 10 min to Duomo. Room was clean and comfortable and slightly better than expected for the price. We had a private balcony as well which was nice. Bathroom was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. AC worked well. Would comment that shower cubicle was very small, but that wasn't really a problem for us. Also we were almost charged for 2 whole breakfasts after requesting to just purchase coffee. We explained and it was sorted but be aware. |

The location was great, in close proximity to both the Santa Maria Del Grazie and the Duomo, and plenty of shopping in between. Parking was remote and expensive, 25 euro daily, and A/C didn't function well. |

The Superior Double was very large and we had no problem fitting two baby cots in it. The breakfast selection was huge. And the location was great, right in between the Last Supper and Duomo. |

So poor breakfast - it is good for my weight. Junior suite smaller than regular room in hotels. Very bad smell from the carpets everywhere. Milan's tramway is the most noisiest veicle in the world running there all night. It is impossible to get additional blanket or sheet at night: "Come there at 10:00" - said receptionist. |
