Het hotel lag op een uitstekende locatie om snel, binnen 10 minuten lopen, in het centrum te zijn. Prima hotel, dik tevreden.

We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt, vonden we te duur. Vlakbij zijn restaurantjes waar je heerlijk kunt ontbijten voor minder geld.

Lokatie van het hotel zeer ideaal. Veilige parkeer faciliteiten nabij, 25 € per dag. Nette kamer.

Minder tevreden over ontbijt. Werd slecht aangevuld, en geen echte verse broodjes, maar afbak. Imponeert uitgestalde tafel echter kwaliteit valt tegen.Koffie uit kan matig. Overweeg zonder ontbijt te boeken en 's ochtends in een nabij bar te ontbijten.

the reception/conciergerie staff is quite far being hospitable and helpfull.

The location is perfect: it takes less than 10min. walking to get to Duomo. The staff is polite and their English is good enough, understandable (but that's with the most milanese). The oldfashion trams in front of the hotel will get you almost everywhere in a short amount of time. So get a multiple urban ticket.

The hotel decoration is too much! It's if your staying at a 17th century hotel. But that could be positive as well. The rooms are very small. The bathroom and especially the shower included! You're just paying for the central location.

The staff was helpful. I choose this hotel because of the special price I found on booking.com and I did like the excellent position in the city centrei, t's a good place for a couple of nights although I wouldn't pay full price.

My single room at the second floor had the air conditioning machines just outside the windows so I couldn't keep the windows open. Perhaps the rooms on higher floors don't have the same problem.

The room needs a good ventilation and the color of the interior is too dark, needs reupholstered

hotel was in a good position, staff great, room was excellent, all makes a good stay in milan

buffet breakfast was not what i liked, but a good selection

The hotel is situated perfectly in the city center, in walking distance to the main attractions in town. The rooms were clean and nicely airconditioned. Good value for the money.

Italians are not the best host. I understand that a job in the service industry is hard but I have learned that if you don't like what you do, you most change. The staff is not friendly at all and at some point not very polite.

Our room was large, clean and very comfortable. AC worked very well. Parking in a locked lot is available for 25 euros/day, which is about two blocks away.

Hotel staff were rude and condescending.
