Hotel location is perfect. The hotel is very clean The service in the restorant was not so good. The people were very polite but we had to wait very long for having our food. Even it was a predefined menu and almost all the guests had one and the same. The food quality was no so good, as well

Das Hotel liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage am Stadtrand von Meran und das Stadtzentrum ist kostenlos, dank der "Meran-Karte" , schnell mit dem Bus erreichbar. Das Hotelpersonal wie auch die sehr netten und zuvorkommenden Besitzer des Hotels vermitteln eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend und das Abendmenü wenn gewünnscht 5-6 gängig war ausgezeichnet.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Atmosphäre war gediegen und gastfreundschaftlich, das Menu war immer hervorragend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wieder kommen.

Personale cortese e disponibile.camere pulite Camere molto spartane, assenza di frigobar, cena non all'altezza di un albergo medio ma più da pensioncina, l'impressione di non essere in un albergo di montagna perchè manca completamente l'atmosfera. Piuttosto caro per quello che offre. Non è che con una piccola piscina si risolvano I problemi di immagine.

Hotel in buona posizione , tranquilla , panoramica a breve distanza dal centro di Merano che si può raggiungere a piedi e in bus Utilissima la possibilità di fare il biglietto per le terme in Hotel evitando le lunghe code degli orari di punta La ristorazione in mezza pensione è di buon livello e abbondante sia per la colazione che per la cena Il servizio ed il personale assai cordiale e disponibile La piscina [ interna per l'inverno ] è assai carina , non ho verificato di persona nè la sauna ( a richiesta ) nè l'area fitness che comunque ha attrezzature di vario genere...Le camere / il bagno sono spaziosi e puliti Dall'Hotel poi si possono raggiungere facilmente le passeggiate della città Causa il tempo incerto non son riuscito a fare la passeggiata invernale sulla neve in quota che mi ero proposto, ma gli impianti di risalita non mi sembrano sulla carta distanti Sono arrivato in treno e quindi non posso esprimermi sull'uso della autovettura... Ma la città ha un buon servizio pubblico Da consigliare Hotel e città... Anche se la stagione migliore mi han detto ( mercatini a parte ) va da marzo ad autunno inoltrato

Hotel molto pulito,personale molto disponibile e gentile,posizione comoda sia per raggiungere il centro di Merano,a piedi e in autobus,che gli impianti di Merano 2000 in auto. Colazione abbondante e buonissima, sala ristorante molto accocliente, insomma curato in tutto.

Cortesia,pulizia,colazione abbondante e varia dal dolce al salato,posizione lontana dal caos,comunione con la natura.Cena in ambiente accogliente e tenuto bene con personale cortese e simpatico.Camera ampia,bella,nuova,ben ammobiliata,con gusto.Riscaldamento a pavimento.Vista monti incantevole.Letto ampio e comodo. Peccato manchi il bidet

Ottima posizione in zona tranquillissima e a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Bellissimo panorama dai balconi. Ambiente familiare e molto accogliente. Considerata la bella posizione, l'ottimo arredamento e la pulizia delle camere e I servizi offerti, forse la proprietà dovrebbe fare un passo verso le quattro stelle, includendo qualche servizio in più in camera (minibar, welcome set) nel prezzo che a mio avviso è un pò caro.

Mi ha colpito la pulizia e comfort delle stanze e dell'intera struttura, la bellissima zona in cui è collocato, la gentilezza dello staff e la cucina è ottima. Forse un pò caldo nelle stanze la notte, ma penso potessimo abbassare il termosifone.

Utilissima la possibilità di comprare la prevendita per le Terme di Merano direttamente in hotel; ci ha fatto risparmiare la lunghissima fila di persone che attendevano per fare il biglietto d'entrata.
