Hotel room was really empty. Just bed, table, couple of chairs and like 14" tv. No minibar, a/c or what so ever. So called restaurant but no á la carte, they serve only fixed menus. Avoid this if you don't know what you're doing. |

The staff was realy friendly and helpful and we also liked the pool with its surrounding, it was so clean. The Hotel is just great..... If you are a "Nightbird" you should go somewhere else, because we were there over Easter and the towncenter of Meran was every evening empty after 9pm, most restaurats have been closed down. |

Ruhige Lage, Hotel gepflegt und sehr sauber. Wir fühlten uns von Beginn weg sehr freundlich empfangen und konnten uns mit Fragen jederzeit an die Besitzer bzw. das Personal wenden. Schade, dass das Hotelrestaurant nicht mehr geöffnet hatte. Wir mussten deshalb ausserhalb des Hotels essen, haben aber trotzdem, auf Empfehlung des Hotels, ein sehr gutes Restaurant gefunden. |

Im Moment war ja keine Saison und das Hotel war gerade dabei zu schließen.Ansonsten stehen zu wenige Parkplätze zur Verfügung,eine Krankheit,die man in der ganzen Stadt Meran antrifft. |

Sehr freundlicher Service, falls man einen Wunsch hatte, waren alle Hotelmitarbeiter bemüht, ihn zu erfüllen. Schöne ruhige Lage, Meran Zentrum ist zu Fuß bequem in 20 Min. zu erreichen bzw. mit dem Bus in 5 Min.. Gutes Frühstückbuffet, das Abendessen war ebenfalls immer sehr gut. |

Ottimo staff e servizi. Colazione e cena ottime ed abbondanti. La piscina e la sauna sono l'ideale per concludere una giornata in totale relax. Di grndissima utilità anche il servizio di noleggio gratuito delle biciclette. |

Preis / Leistung für den gesamten Aufenthalt stimmte; das jeweilige Abend- Menue war wirklich sehr schmackhaft Jeden Tag das gleiche Standard-Frühstück ohne die geringste Abwechslung; die Preise für die angebotenen Tischweine waren nun wirklich zu hoch / nicht angemessen ! |

Das Hotel bietet ein gutes und abwechslungsreiches 4-Gänge-Menü. Für jeden Geschmack war immer was auf der Auswahlkarte dabei. Die Bedienungen achteten in dem Restaurant und in der Bar nicht auf leere Getränke. Der Fernseher hatte ein zu kleines Bild. |

...eigentlich alles, hervorheben kann ich das gesamte Personal und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Essen war außergewöhnlich gut.Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. |
