San Marco Meydanı, adını yakındaki La Fenice Tiyatro'sundan alan bu eşsiz otele 5 dakikalık yürüyüş mesafesindedir. Ağaçlıklı bir avlu ile özel banyolu ve klimalı odalar sunmaktadır. Hotel La Fenice et Des Artistes, Venedik'in en ünlü turistik mekanlarını gezmek için ideal bir yerdir. Rialto Köprüsü ve pazar 700 metre uzaklıktadır. Giudecca'ya giden tekneler için Zattere 10 dakikalık yürüyüş mesafesindedir. İki adet binada yer alan otel, orijinal şehir evinin yanı sıra yeni bir kanada sahiptir. Well positioned off the busy areas in the city hence a quiet location. Once found the first time, returning was easier! A typical continental hotel decorated with an interesting selection of artwork. The desk staff were outstanding and very very helpful. Language was no problem as they all spoke English beautifully. Service in the breakfast room was slow in replenishing supplies (it is self service which was fine). Wifi in more places would be beneficial, it is only available in the bar area.

We liked the location and the closeness to St. Mark's Square. We did not like room 401. Neither of the rooms were the ones we looked at on the internet. Room 405 was fine but 401 was not worth the money paid and definitely wasn't 4 star standard. The room had no proper bathroom, was extremely small and looked like an attic room. The shower was just in the room with a shower curtain, the toilet did have a door you could shut but it was very disappointing.

View from roomnover the square was pleasant. Room was spacious and comfortable Many mosquitoes in the room. No shower curtain made having a shower difficult. Breakfast was disgustingly poor

Loved the rooms! In fact, loved the decor of the entire hotel, especially the little balconies overlooking the square. Restaurant next door was excellent! If you are not prepared for the geography of Venice, finding this hotel is a challenge. People should go prepared with a map of Venice in hand. With bulky luggage best to have a porter meet you at the vaporetto/taxi stop to carry all your stuff. There are many steps up and down the bridges to navigate. Make sure you arrive in the daytime if it's your first time in Venice.

The location was excellent, 5-10 min walk to St. Mark's square and Accademia. The staff was courteous and professional. They state free wi-fi on there description, but when I arrived I was told I got free wifi for 15 min then would have to pay. I pointed out how they promoted themselves on the booking.com site, and they ended up getting it for free, but it was an unnecessary hassle. Furthermore wi-fi is not available in the entire hotel- it is available in one small room in the lobby.

The hotel is extremely cosy! We are a newly married couple and we enjoyed our stay very much.Our room had a small balcony that overlooked the canal, so the hotel surpassed my expectations. :)

El hotel está muy bien situado, cerca de la Plaza San Marcos. El personal es amable, en especial Ileana. El hotel necesita una renovación. El desayuno es de un hotel de inferior categoría.

ロケーションとホテルの持つ雰囲気が良い。 シャワーの水栓が硬くて使えたものではない。また、最初に冷水が出てしまう等、よろしくない。「ヨーロッパ- では、こんなものは日常茶飯事だ」、等という- 言い訳や意識は捨て、ヨーロッパのホテルは（高級ホテルも含め）いかに低レヴェルであるかを認識し、真剣に- 改善に取り組むべきである。 無料ネットは、1日たった15分のみ。今時のサーヴィスとしては時代遅れ。不自由な事、この上ない。

Das Hotel befindet sich im Zentrum. Vier Sterne verdient das Hotel auf keinen Fall - zu "benutzt" ist die Einrichtung der Zimmer, wenig Service, Frühstücksbüffet ist erstaunlich klein.

Die Lage und das Ambiente sind sehr gut. Der morbide Charme wird etwas übvertrieben, das Frühstück war selbst für italienische Verhältnisse nicht angemessen und eher mickrig.

Die Integration der historischen Bausubstanz in das Funktionelle eines Hotels. Sehr bequemes Bett. Wunderschöne Aussicht aus der zimmereigenen Dachterasse. Mühsames Schleppen des Gepäcks durch mehrere, verwinkelte Geschosse. Kleinere Fehler vie Z.B. rostige Flecken im Bad (Eine Ecke in der Decke, auf dem Heizungskörper etc.) oder Schmutzstreifen vom Reisegepäck auf der Wand im Zimmer. Sehr einfaches Früstuck für diese Preiskategorie (330,- € pro Tag!), Z.B. furs Ei musste separat gezahlt werden.

Atención muy buena, personal amable y predispuesto. El hotel es pequeño, tipo boutique, pero muy confortable y cómodo. Las habitaciones son amplias y agradables. Podría ser más fácil de ubicar centro de una ciudad que de por sí es complicada para moverse por primera vez.
