The location of the hotel is perfect. The prices are rather attractive. I would like to suggest to improve breakfasts as at the moment they are on middle level but can be better. |

The room was clean and up-to-date, the bed was good, personnel at reception and at breakfast was friendly. Breakfast style was between contentinental and full breakfast. Room (single room) was a bit small but for me, being in Turin for business, that was perfectly acceptable |

The hotel is a little way outside the centre but easy to reach by tram or bus - or by foot 10 mins. and is in a quiet neighbourhood. The service at reception and at breakfast was friendly and helpful. |

The staff were enormously friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean and recently refurbished. The bed linen was good quality. |

Good staff... Ok price for what you get Poor breakfast... Italian style with mainly sweet cakes. Far from northern european. The rooms are noisy. You hear everything from the corridor like the bell from the elevator when it stops on the floor. Also the street tram is very loud. If you have problems sleeping when there is noise around look further. I have no problem and for me it was ok. |

Ho soggiornato all'Hotel Lancaster solo una notte, ma posso dire di aver apprezzato molto la pulizia della camera, la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale e una buona e assortita colazione alla mattina. |

La posizione dell'hotel è ottimale, subito fuori dalla zona a traffico limitato della città, con possibilità di trovare parcheggio non custodito in zona.Le camere sono sufficientemente confortevoli. L'ospitalità non è stata purtroppo il punto forte del Lancaster. Concierge - diurni e notturni - sarcastici e poco cortesi, persino non preparati a semplici domande sulla città (es. se nei giorni festivi fosse o meno consentito entrare nella zona a traffico limitato con la propria autovettura o come raggiungere il centro!). Contrariamente a quanto indicato nel sito l'hotel non dispone di un garage privato a pagamento aperto 24h. |

Hotelli on keskeisellä paikalla, palvelu kohteliasta ja huone tilava ja siisti. Hyvä aamiainen. Huoneemme oli Corso Turatille ja liikenteen melu oli melkoisen kova. |

Arredamento dell'hotel moderno ed elegante. Camera confortevole, moderna, pulita, dotata di climatizzatore e sky. E' inoltre possibile fare colazione pranzare e cenare in camera. Colazione a buffet abbondante. Davanti all'hotel c'è pure la fermata del bus! |
