staff friendly, helpful, hotel perfect in heart of florence easy walking to all sights& resturants. roof terrace perfect for that end of day sight seeing, just to sit & relax with a glass of italian wine |

ho apprezzato che l'hotel fosse un edificio storico, ubicato nel centro della città , con stanze luminose e ambienti comuni confortevoli. la stanza da bagno inadeguata alle altre caratteristiche della costruzione |

La ubicación es muy buena, el personal agadable, la habitación normal y en febrero duermes solo con sábana por la calefacción tasn alta. Es uno de los muchos palacetes florentinos en el que la 2ª y 3ª planta está acondicionada a residencia mas que a hotel; ya sabemos que las 3 estrellas extranjeras no corresponden con las españolas. No busques un hotel moderno. No es queja es aclaración. |
