Large rooms, best bathroom we had in Italy and good breakfast range

Almost everything else was terrible. The bedrooms are aged with cracked and moving floor tiles, can hear noise from the street and the window covers wouldn't close properly so we had light leaking in, no wifi in the rooms. When we mentioned this to reception, they just shrugged and told us to use the WiFi in the hallway or reception area. The hotel really needs updating. The hotel decides when the rooms will be heated so tough luck if you are cold! They wouldn't turn the heating on till 7:30pm even though the evenings cool down fast earlier

An absolutely lovely hotel right in the heart of Florence. Helpful and obliging staff. A quiet location but close to all attractions. Safe, clean and very comfortable. A perfectly friendly hotel.

Location, Location, Location, definitely the most affordable hotel i have ever stayed in with such a good location.

I loved the rooftop garden terrace and the top floor living area salon. The breakfast was great, the coffee good, and the service staff friendly and helpful. The location was close to everything, well lighted at night and I always felt very safe walking around.

If you have mobility issues, the stairway to the rooftop garden and living area (level 4) is narrow and steep. There is a lift up to the 4th floor (level 3) but not up to level 4. Some rooms have stairs down to the bathroom, so indicate if you don't want that. A little weak on maintenance (lightbulbs out, etc) and we couldn't get AC during the day. But we really liked this hotel and would happily stay there again

The hotel was nice and clean. The owner was very nice and helpful.

The breakfast choice is rather poorer comparing other other same grade hotel offer.

It was right in the center of all the attractions. We did not have to walk very far to get to anything that we wanted to see. Will recomend to family and friends that are visiting Florence.

We asked for a 7:00am wakeup call and even asked again when we passed the front desk. They assured us that they would wake us up. I happened to wake up before 7 and thank goodness, because they never made the call to us. We could have missed our train connection if I had not been awake.

Staff was very friendly and adequate, location couldn’t be better. Shops and museums are into walking distance. Breakfast was OK. Room and bathroom were recently renovated, clean and fresh. Had a very pleasant stay, and would recommend this hotel to others.

A few little typically Italian defects, safe was out of order and the socket in the bathroom didn’t function

l'emplacement au centre de la vieille ville, à proximité de tous les lieux touristiques et le charme de l'immeuble

l'établissement était en travaux, (rénovation de façade) et bruyant trés tôt le matin

è uno di quegli alberghi come una volta, con spazi comuni appartati dove ti senti a tuo agio come a casa.

La posizione, centralissima, facile raggiungere le maggiori attrazioni della città

La stanza era un po fatiscente, capisco l'ubicazione in un palazzo antico, ma almeno una tinteggiata alle pareti e qualche quadro... Inoltre il rumore dell'ascensore, ogni volta che veniva azionato partiva un fischio fastidiosissimo.
